Storylane is new idea for us to do module specific demos , quick , short and Impactful.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, Anyone can literally start creating demo videos. share it with your customers.
You get to see the number of people who clicked or watched and the engagement level as per the video duration. you get to know where they are spending more time. using which u can personalise campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find a few buttons, I guess it is a small bug.
HTML Way is still a thing to try out more, I found it quite hard also there are chances that customers might click on where you don't want customer to click.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane will help sales teams and even implementation teams to create demos easily. So that not every time a sales guy is need to demo the tool since there is a demo available, you can share it with customers and your salesperson can concentrate on other activities in the process. Increased productivity at the same time increased outcomes
Super easy tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is fantastic for creating visual guides of our product in super quick, easy steps. It's intuitive and only takes a few minutes to get one up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Edits aren't easy to do once the storylane is published and live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving a visual aid to our sales team to demonstrate our product. We've also used to the tool to create step-by-step onboarding setup guides too to help with digital onboarding experience for our customers.
Very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very straight forward and easy to navigate the platform and create comprehensive guides and demos to our prospects and customers. What use to take a few hours creating 1 guide, we can create multiple high quality guides and demos in that same amount of time. The ability to create personal experiences at scale is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still new to the product but I haven't found anything that stands out as a negative experience or workflow so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to provide our customers a self guided guide to set up funtionalities on their own. We had videos and text on guides but to have something that supports customer each ste of the way has been immensely helpful to our customers.

I like everything so far, maybe some help videos might be helpful.

Storylane is super easy to use tool, very intuitive to build and update existing demos and which allow us to achieve results super fast. Love the analytics and integrations capabilities.

This is hard a question to answer. Overall Storylane has been achieving expectations of our team. Besides the product being amazing, the user support and documentation is also very good.

We've been using Storylane to build and deliver demos for many different puposes across the customer buying jouney. We are also leveraging Storylane for internal use cases like enablement.
Excellent storytelling tool with even better support.
What do you like best about the product?
While the feature set is strong and fits all of my needs and goals, the best part about Storylane is the passionate team that is building this powerful software. The customer support is beyond what you might find in similar solutions and that is a huge feature in itself. Apart from customer support, I appreciate how easy it is to use and how often updates are rolling out. Each feature release feels like it was tailored based off of my feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this software. it's fast, easy to use and the development team truly cares and listens to customer feedback and use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane in two ways. First, Storylane reduces the amount of meetings and engineer prototyping time by placing the owness of design on the stakeholder. It is now possible for a marketing person to take an existing website and modify it to their needs or recommendations and then send their work to engineer for implementation. Secondly, Storylane is an excellent way to reduce complicated software UX down to clickable whiteglove experiences that are custom tailored for any prospective client or customer.

It helps give a sneak peek of the application without signing up. It nudges leads and prospects in the right direction. It also helped us generate quality leads.
