Eease of use / learning curve is minimal

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! It integrates very well with Chrome and makes it easy to showcase your product using your branding & quickly share it with prospects or upload to your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding video files to combine with the slide demo can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing what our product actually does in less than 30 seconds

What do you like best about the product?
Best about Storylane is the ability to pull the HTML from the site's you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to utilize either the plan slides, or the flows, but not both together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that Storylane is solving is the expansion of business vs number of service representatives. Having the larger amount of business, we can utilize Storylane to offset the amount of work the service reps are inundated with on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is easy to use, and allows for more descriptive support instruction for new/existing features.
Greatly speeding up manual instructive work otherwise

Haven't had any complaints about storylane from a user perspective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients want to know how to do something in our software, instead of typing out how and having to get screenshots, we can just direct them to this, saving time

What do you like best about the product?
Really quick to build demos - as well as lots of customizations to keep it our company branding.

The analytics are also extremely powerful - which I havent seen from any other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - although some of the integrations aren't available on all plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has allowed us to create a suite of micro demos that we can use to promote our product, as well as building out lots of demos for customer onboarding and education.

What do you like best about the product?
As a B2B SaaS company, we've found it hard to engage prospects. We don't offer a freemium tier to see into our product. With Storylane, now we're able to give a sneak peek into what's possible within our platform. It's helped us connect better with our target audience!

In addition, I set up a Slack channel so I can see whenever we get a view on a demo. I pass that insight to our sales team so they can strike while the iron is hot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their integrations were available to users on the cheaper plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to show our platform in a storytelling way as opposed to making our target audience take a demo with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast to create and easy to use. I love that I can eliminate client meetings by creating explanatory walkthroughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Storylane, but small things could be improved with the UX. Nothing major and I've seen several positive changes in the past few months.

Making demos fast and customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is very simple to use and understand. It's a great way to add product demos on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading new screens and finding them can be a little painful, especially for a larger product with a lot of screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to add brief demos to my marketing website.
