Simplified our interactive demo experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple, yet impactful the experience is. We have been able to create a differentiated experience for our website visitors and prospects through the use of this tool! Implementation was pretty straightforward and quick - which is always nice! Their team has been available to help us and help strategize, which has been awesome!

What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's still early stages, I think there are some user interface optimization opportunities, however once you get the hang of it, it's not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to initially create a differentiated experience for our prospects and allow them to view our product before setting up a call with an account executive. We just launched our new interactive demo, so it's early days, but we are excited to see the outcome of this!
Moving forward, we are also using our storylane demos as a leave behind for prospects and looking into how our customer success and implementation teams can use it to support their platform learnings, etc.

Easy to use, quick to get started and super comprehensive in capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to make product tours with an easy-to-navigate UX/UI. Took us less than a day to get started with implementation being a breeze.
I've been using the new AI voice-over addition in my tooltips and it is working brilliantly!
We're now using it daily across our website, digital sales rooms and emails. Quick to integrate too.
Support and team are great too to work with :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Tough one because so far we haven't faced any issues so it wouldn't feel right to say something just for the sake of it! Excited by their roadmap :)

Interactive demos for our website and digital sales rooms so people can engage with our product without having to book a full demo.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! It integrates very well with Chrome and makes it easy to showcase your product using your branding & quickly share it with prospects or upload to your website.

Finding video files to combine with the slide demo can be difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Best about Storylane is the ability to pull the HTML from the site's you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to utilize either the plan slides, or the flows, but not both together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that Storylane is solving is the expansion of business vs number of service representatives. Having the larger amount of business, we can utilize Storylane to offset the amount of work the service reps are inundated with on a daily basis.

Clients want to know how to do something in our software, instead of typing out how and having to get screenshots, we can just direct them to this, saving time

Really quick to build demos - as well as lots of customizations to keep it our company branding.
The analytics are also extremely powerful - which I havent seen from any other similar tools.

Nothing so far - although some of the integrations aren't available on all plans.

Storylane has allowed us to create a suite of micro demos that we can use to promote our product, as well as building out lots of demos for customer onboarding and education.
