The best solution to demo your solution without free trials
What do you like best about the product?
Looked at several options in the market and Storylane was the best combination of features, ease of use, and price.
Nalin was great during the sales process, knowing the product inside out and helping us think of it differently.
It was also so easy to integrate, we were up and running in less than a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to think about, perhaps the only comment is that it needs a bit of HTML editing skills, not too much though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to demo our product since we don't have a free trial scenario, and Sotrylane was able to provide that to us.
Fantastic Tool for Product Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is a powerful tool to guide customers through the various aspects of your product. We've embedded gated and ungated demos on our website to give prospects a taste of what our platform is capable of. There are so many ways to upload your content to the platform and I love how easy it is to match the Storylane product to our branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started using Storylane, it was missing a few key features needed to integrate with Hubspot and Marketo, however their team worked with us to create alternative solutions. We now have the integrations setup properly thanks to their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps build interactive product demos in just a few minutes. We have embedded these demos onto our website and pass the leads through Storylane into Marketo.
Easy way to add interactivity to many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have the option to integrate with HTML elements or just use screenshots. This makes storylane a useful tool for all of our use cases. I also like the feature of being able to integrate the tutotials into our LMS. Storylane is a great way for us to introduce interactivity to not just demos, but also within our customer education resources. Our clients frequently call out the Storylanes as their favorite part of our on-demand training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit clunky to use regardign specific settings, but I learned it fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I switched from another product tour vendor due to Storylane's native support of HubSpot forms and the HubSpot integration, the ability to inject custom scripts easily, and how intuitive it was to build.
I was able to rebuild our tour within just a few hours, and the team was very helpful with helping us solve for specific challenges such as passing dynamic variables through the URL to Storylane to personalize the tour for prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but we ran into some issues with using Salesloft to send personalized links to a Custom Domain hosted tour. This was due to Salesloft's treatment of links, so it wasn't entirely Storylane's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane enables us to provide a quick overview of our product without a user having to talk to a sales team or having to signup and install our SDK (which can take around 30 minutes).
Show the value of your product with a quick product tour
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and fast to build tours. It can be a quick way to show a new feature in a campaign and it's much easier than producing a video. Videos do work well but it's nice to have a tour as a different touchpoint throughout your campaigns. We integrated Hubspot and Clearbit so we can track usage of the tour when sent through a Hubspot email and to have more visibility of traffic if the tour is posted online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I haven't been able to get the video record feature to work yet but I only tried once and haven't tried too hard. That'll be my next step!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a long time to create a support doc or a video. As a product marketer, I use Storylane to highlight new product features and increase feature adoption. I've added users internally to sales and customer experience for them to create quick how-to's to add value to the customer. The tours ship nicely versus sending customers a screenshot. It's also very easy to edit the videos if something changes in the product or messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create hyper personalized demo experiences by tweaking a few elements on captured html pages helps a lot especially when selling to large enterprises.
It also is a great way to onboard new employees, customers by enabling them to experience the product while learning about it.

When building longer demos the UX can become a bit tricker to work with multiple screen captures
Analytics is easy to use and clean.. but adding more visualizations could really elevate the experience

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to create vignettes that tell a story about our software to end-users using Storylane. The simplicity Storylane offers in capturing videos of our software and building multiple examples helps our business demonstrate appeal to various personas. And this is so fast and simple, it's eliminated the need for a video budget to showcase similar features.
Our executive team continues to rave about how well Storylane visualizes our own software tool.
Nalin our sales rep was incredible during the sales process by succinctly demonstrating Storylane, applying it to our business and leaving out all the sales mumbo-jumbo talk. Did I also mention how affordable it is? Also love that.

Gives our prospective customers a story of how they will use our software in a self-guided demo. It shows off the power of our own software that leads to deeper conversations with new prospective customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is great for creatingproduct walk throughs that explain the use case to potential users in a clear and concise manner. The options to capture demos via html or static images are more user friendly than other products in the market. The opportunity to tailor product flows for specific clients, embed them in e-mails or on websites enhances engagement with prospective leads while helping tailor the messaging.
The experience is self explanatory, but there exists the option for support and you can even book time with the co-founder of the company to get some feedback.

In the free - tier the product does include Storylane branding, which in itself is not unusual, but it would be great to give companies the chance to use the product without branding for a short period of time.

Storylane makes your sales team more efficent by enabling you to create focused product run throughs without the need for a live product demo. These guided demos can be embedded in e-mails and websites, enabling the sales team to get more engagement out of their sales e-mails, more qualified leads, and in turn more conversions.
