Great tool for creating awesome content
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI, simplistic design and the ability to use the tool without any hassles

It is a powerful tool and doesn't have anything to dislike as such !

Storylane is helping us create great content which is helpful in providing the real feel and experience of our application
Quite useful for showcasing platform value before customers start the trial with their own data.
What do you like best about the product?
It's customizable. You can use your platform data and make it suitable for presenting to new potential customers and motivate them to start a trial and see the platform in action with their own data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires time to set up, but the value you get highly outweighs the time invested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of potential customeres want a quick overview of the platform capabilities before starting the test on their own, and Storylane helps greatly with that.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helps you to create beautiful and powerful demo's that can be easily shared with customers. Its Visually appealing and also very useful when the prospect does not have time to come and watch your demo's.

Storylane is an extremely powerful tool. There is nothing that I've noticed to be a problem. However it's better if the tool can come out with more out of the box visual UI elements to create demo's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane enables me to create and share demo's to prospects when I am sending cold emails .
I have used storylane as a CTA to my email and I ask the user to schedule a call with me to explore further thus creating a lead.

It's easy to use, Anyone can literally start creating demo videos. share it with your customers.
You get to see the number of people who clicked or watched and the engagement level as per the video duration. you get to know where they are spending more time. using which u can personalise campaigns.

Sometimes it's difficult to find a few buttons, I guess it is a small bug.
HTML Way is still a thing to try out more, I found it quite hard also there are chances that customers might click on where you don't want customer to click.

Storylane will help sales teams and even implementation teams to create demos easily. So that not every time a sales guy is need to demo the tool since there is a demo available, you can share it with customers and your salesperson can concentrate on other activities in the process. Increased productivity at the same time increased outcomes
Super easy tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is fantastic for creating visual guides of our product in super quick, easy steps. It's intuitive and only takes a few minutes to get one up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Edits aren't easy to do once the storylane is published and live.

Giving a visual aid to our sales team to demonstrate our product. We've also used to the tool to create step-by-step onboarding setup guides too to help with digital onboarding experience for our customers.

It's very straight forward and easy to navigate the platform and create comprehensive guides and demos to our prospects and customers. What use to take a few hours creating 1 guide, we can create multiple high quality guides and demos in that same amount of time. The ability to create personal experiences at scale is powerful.

We're still new to the product but I haven't found anything that stands out as a negative experience or workflow so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to provide our customers a self guided guide to set up funtionalities on their own. We had videos and text on guides but to have something that supports customer each ste of the way has been immensely helpful to our customers.
