Easy to use and amazing value product
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Storylane and still learning about it. So far it is incredibly easy to use and really straightforward - which is something I highly value.
I have demos with clients on an almost daily basis and Storylane is making my life incredibly easier.

Since I am a newcomer, I still have a lot to discover - but so far I didn't find any significant malfunctions or disadvantages.
Moreover, there is room to improve when focusing on customization for specific projects.

Storylane is helping me to be more effective and productive since the number of demos I have is increasing. My demos are covering 4 different products and Storylane is making it easier for me to jump from one to another and not lose focus during demos.
Love the overall thinking behind the product. Very Useful

It's the best way to showcase our product. For everybody who visits our website, this demo is what stands out from the rest.

Faced some issues with the working of iframe code but the team was really quick in resolving the issues.

I'm the on-site support expert for an EMR software that is not user-friendly, meaning a lot of my job is explaining the unintuitive and sometimes ridiculous steps it takes to accomplish something within the program. I historically used a combination of technical writing and screenshots, or I'd record a video of how to complete the task.
It took me about 30 seconds to figure out how to use Storylane--it was all so intuitive and slick! I had fun jumping in and experimenting with features, and in just a few minutes, I documented a process for our EMR. I was pretty impressed right then, but I'm a tech-savvy gal, even if not usually the type inclined to write reviews.
So, the real test: I sent it off to two colleagues, neither of whom would say they are "tech savvy." They both raved that it was the best how-to guide they had ever used. They could click along with it, and it easily showed them where to click and what to do--they didn't have to scroll through screenshots or pause and start a video twenty times.
I know Storylane's mainly packaged itself on the sales side of the fence, but I just can't stop seeing the potential on the CX/UX and support side. I'm especially intrigued about how it might assist teachers and students in their classrooms, allowing teachers to spend less time as tech support agents and more time teaching.
Another pro: their entire team is so friendly and kind! They believe in their product, and given that it's an awesome tool, they definitely should!

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is exactly what we were looking for for our marketing team. It's a great and super easy-to-use tool for us to create interactive product tours for prospects visiting our website. The support team is also super helpful and quick to respond whenever we have any questions or are looking for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing is really coming to mind other than would love for it to be easier to embed 3rd party forms with platforms like Pardot. The support team can help you to embed the form with code and whatnot, but it would be great to have an easier way to implement that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell a software solution that isn't in a commonly known space, so it takes a little more of an introduction for prospects to truly understand the benefits. We don't offer a free trial just because the product is a little more technical and requires a little hands-on training, so Storylane gives us the ability to give prospects a sneak peek intro the product while we can guide them through it in a way that makes sense. It's helping us bring in more qualified leads from our website.

Great, product-centric software; quick and easy to produce visual demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane have a great, product led experience. Providing a trial allowed us to double check it would be useful to use. Great for visual demos that can be embedded in websites and delivered by Sales teams, including integrations into CRMs. They had very helpful and targeted customer success teams to offer good advice for improving it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat rigid and inflexible when wanting to customise for more advanced and specific operations. But that trades with being designed to be super straight forward to get up and running.
