The best solution for creating product tours.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was significantly easier compared to any other software I have purchased before.
The Storylane team is highly responsive to inquiries and offers exceptional customer service.

So far, we have not received any complaints or encountered any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can effortlessly create interactive demonstrations without requiring any development or design assistance. Quite literally, anyone can do it.
Made Digital Tours a Reality
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking into custom-developing a tour when I found Storylane. It helped us skip weeks of development that I can now work on distributing the tour instead of building it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a great tool. The analytics stack is a little lackluster without building out our own events in GA, but overall we're pretty happy.
I wish it could figure out a way to have a good mobile tour as well (tho I understand that's tough for a desktop app).

We get to let prospects get a feel for Fulcrum without actually having a trial site.
Storylane Improves Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is one of my favorite tools to use. It is easy and intuitive. They regularly enhance the product in meaningful ways. Often releasing enhancements I didn't know I needed and now can't live without. With Storylane we can quickly create powerful, interactive demos for customers and staff and we have seen improvement in the customer experience for both.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to embed the Storylane demos in our knowledgebase powered by Salesforce. We have figured out a hack for it but it would be great to have it natively someday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane allows us to provide customers and staff with interactive demos to learn about our platform and/or the tools we use. It's great not only for initial onboarding but for ongoing training and new feature releases as well.
Demos in seconds
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is extremely easy to use. The HTML function allows us to create click-throughs to introduce new features, share answers to support questions, and easily create training material. We got great support during our trial and, since we were busy, even got an extension of the trial period.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no major issues. They mention that they are working on more features, but we are satisfied with this purchase so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We release new features weekly and while we send out summaries of the new features, we often get questions about the details. Storylane helps us walk through each new bit of functionality and show exactly what to do.
Very user-friendly platform with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The system is really easy to use and the support is very quick to respond in the online chat. There are no stupid questions and issues are usually fixed/solved within 1-2 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is not a word that I would use about the platform or the support team. There are some missing features that would be nice to have but they are not a must-have for the good experience. I know that the team are working on many new features :)

Prospecting: We can show the platform to prospects without trial accounts
Onboarding: We han shorten the onboarding period by having less calls with the customers, because they can train themselves with the demos.

Great Experience All Around
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane provides a valuable service for today's B2B marketing and sales organizations—the ability to quickly build interactive, click-through demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very innovative, feature-rich enterprise solution. Storylane is a great way to show the product and create walk-throughs that align with the audience. And, Storylane is easy to use, intuitive, and provides great self-service tools.
Incredible ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The UI is so seamless to navigate, which is one of my favorite things about Story Lane. I also really like all of the HTML shortcuts like copy element, paste element etc. Overall, it is a super simple/easy platform that allows me to craft personalized demos very quickly. The support team is also super helpful, they have resolved everything I have contacted them about, and they are super friendly/responsive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to replace the Story Lane logo when pages are loading with my company's logo. Also, additional workarounds when Javascript gets in the way so to speak (ie: expanding certain dropdowns).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to craft a super personalized demo quickly and easily. The new features they release make logical sense / benefit my day-to-day tasks/responsibilities.

A great tool for providing engaging and reliable product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a fantastic addition to our sales and marketing processes. We were able to quickly create reliable product demo environments for our sales teams, which also have become incredibly useful leave-behinds for prospective customers after our meetings. Being able to curate the perfect demo experience with reliable data and a bug-free product environment has been a game changer for our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall an excellent product, not much to dislike. I wish the HTML capture could work with a few more of our Javascript-enabled charts, but that would be my only point of feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable product demos for our sales team. The perfect leave-behind for prospects, which no longer leaves us needing to provide demo login credentials for our platform.
