Great product and team!
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales process requires us to showcase our product's experience on various products to create that wow feeling for our buyers. We tried different demo platforms but none gave us the simplicity and the reliability of captures like Storylane. Their platform consistently replicates different products, with deep DOM capture of even iframes. We are seeing huge time savings and our time to deliver a great demo experience has shortened considerably. Love working with the Storylane team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we love Storylane. There are a few quirks sometimes but Storylane team is awesome to work with us to fix/enhance their product to meet our needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Create demos from temporary/sbx environment. This helps in creating quick demo collateral

Storylane has been a great tool for us for both sales and training activities.
What do you like best about the product?
We have introduced our platform to hundreds of new users and added new leads to our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a few minutes to arrange the stories in the order that I want them, but that is more a factor of writing the correct stories than it is the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us socialize our platform to others in an organization beyond just attendees of meetings. It also allows personalization, which is a great addition.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great guides to help you self start, UI is intuitive and help always available via preferred media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge base could be better but it is improving every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do we show as much of our product to potential end users as possible and give them real world insight to feature sets and capabilities. It looks and feels like you are in the platform and thats what we wanted.
We chose Storylane to revamp our pre-sales and product marketing content toolkit.
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane provides an easy-to-use, highly intuitive alternative to traditional screen capture product demos. Akash, Maria and the team have been extremely helpful in onboarding us, sharing their knowledge about the platform, answering our questions, and taking onboard our feedback. It is very early days but our experience to date has been great and I'm looking forward to really putting Storylane to work in our product marketing, pre-sales, lead gen, website, and events activities and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just started using Storylane so no particular issues. Of course there are little 'convenience' things like the inability to pre-configure our entire Storylane instance in our brand colors rather than needing to update the colors for individual stories, but I understand why that functionality isn't offered, and it's easy enough to brand an entire story at once, so no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lacked a good way to show prospects our products without needed a pre-sales colleague to show them a demo using the application platform. Screen cap demos are difficult to make ourselves and expensive to outsource, and the level of ongoing innovation means they quickly become outdated. Storylane will give us a level of agility and dynamism that we have sorely needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is super powerful to apprehend, the builder is smooth and gets things done. And Having a free trial is a huge plus as compared to reprise, Walnut or Demostack.
In addition, the team was super helpful and reactive giving me a personal tour of the product after I could build my first flows for free. That's how software should be done in 2022.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing has blocked me. Would be nice to be able to suppress steps by batch but really not blocking as the platform is super fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find a way to improve my in-site conversion (to free trial), improve the conversion fo my outbound sales and help scale my customer success.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane was just right for us because of how easy it was to use and bacuase of it's ability to capture and edit in HTML.

Nothing, really. It performed just fine and the pricing was on point.

Storylane helps us create and ship mock demos quickly and neatly with little effort, compared to other options. It give you the freedom to experiment without assistance from design or dev.
Interactive Product Walkthroughs like no other
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the range of customizable options. and the intuituive interface. StoryLane makes it child's play, to create amazing product walkthrough videos. The founder Nalin is always around to help too!

There's nothing I dislike about the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has helped overcome a huge challenge of creating product explainer videos and helped address a lot of customer queries automatically, and lessen the burden on our customer success team.
Easiest way to showcase B2C features for web apps
What do you like best about the product?
We have a consumer app with multiple features and a few different value propositions we wanted people to understand. Storylane allowed us to showcase a user journey that touches upon each value we provide, in a single demo.

There’s nothing that went wrong or that I disliked while I used storylane.

We got setup and going very quickly with Storylane - truly a DIY product. We got demo from competitors but no one gave access to product, whereas with Storylane - we signed up and had demo ready.

There is nothing we dislike. There are features we would love to see added onto the service. For example, being able to record audio with the app would be super helpful in building messaging directly into the stories.
