Great time saving tool
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane makes it very easy to create interactive tours of our products. We have a whole suite of products so being able to turn around our initial demos in a short time frame was a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it misses steps. Not sure why but I was able to recapture them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and trial onboarding. We now educate our customers without having to waste time on a demo call with our sales reps. Also product education has improved as we've used Storylane to create tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Storylane for creating interactive website product demos and tours. The platform’s intuitive, no-code interface makes it easy for our team to build and customize demos without technical skills. Embedding these demos on our site has noticeably increased visitor engagement and lead quality, as prospects can experience our product firsthand. Storylane’s personalization features let us tailor tours for different audiences, while its analytics provide actionable insights into user behavior, helping us refine our messaging. Integration with our CRM and marketing tools was seamless, streamlining our lead capture process. Overall, Storylane has accelerated our buyer journey, reduced demo fatigue for our sales team, and made it much easier to communicate our product’s value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see even more branding customization options and additional integrations, but Storylane has already become a vital part of our marketing strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has helped us overcome key marketing and sales challenges by bridging the gap between storytelling and product demonstration, making it easy for prospects to experience our solution firsthand. By embedding interactive demos on our website and in campaigns, we’ve seen a significant boost in lead quality and engagement, with more informed prospects entering our pipeline
Creation and simple navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Creating the demonstrations is very simple, regardless of the format, whether by image or HTML. The end user can navigate without difficulties, which provides a very smooth user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations regarding lead capture. It would be interesting to offer the possibility to create custom fields in the capture form, according to the need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to demonstrate the processes of our solution without the need to provide a login and password, allowing the user to get to know the solution in depth, as well as being another entry point for new leads.

The way that our demos look and the ability to create gifs out of those demos
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to recreate more parts of my platform, but it's honestly pretty helpful as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Storylane, potential customers where showing up to demos without any idea of what our platform does. Now, conversations in our demos are more solutions oriented instead of general/traditional demos. Another great solution is that non-fit companies filter out themselves, saving our sales team time.
Storylane is essential for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love this software. I was able to set up several demos for my company site and embed them easily. I love how our sales team can use the demos too. Highly recommend to any software company!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more advanced integrations, but so far they've been nice. I especially like the integration between HubSpot and Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing our complicated product and helping product marking, sales, etc. perform better.
Really good for the use case it serves

Very easy to set up and modify, looks polished and realistic to customers

Not a whole lot to dislike, it's straightforward and gets the job done

Easy demos to put on our website and hand to prospects to self-serve education
Easy to use demo creation - get going really quickly and impressive editing
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is easy to use and to create and publish demos quickly. It did not take long to get going and integrated to Salesforce. It is particularly useful to be able to capture screens/flows and then go and edit the HTML and use variables in the flows.
Storylane's CSM has been very useful with tips and tricks and examples of other demos to draw inspiration from.
There are new features and functionality and Storylane have been open to feedback on ideas/improvements for the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to create demos but the art of creating a great demo definitely needs some planning before heading straight into Storylane. Consideration also needs to be given on how to enable users to create demo links and to use Storylane day to day to send leave-behinds for prospects/customers. The business change element also needs thought.
Having an undo feature (several steps) when editing HTML would be really useful as I've often edited/changed things and found myself stuck. I've learned to make copies before making big changes so it isn't the biggest issue. We've fed this back to Storylane and they have listened and understood the idea.

Storylane allows us to give great interactive demos at trade shows. Previously we weren't really doing much apart from slide shows.
Storylane also allows us to give power to our AEs and SDRs to demo our products & services early on in the sales cycle without needing the SE team thus freeing up the SE team to focus on higher value tasks.

More navigation functionality to bring together various solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving the need of a unified delivery of explaining what we do.
Great tool not just for solution consulting/sales engineering but also marketing and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
It's super powerful and can be used in a number of different ways. It's also fairly easy to learn. It has an HTML writer, you can use screen shots, you can embed videos, you can create a "Choose Your Own Adventure" etc. From my evaluation, it's the most powerful of demo automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can think of that is negative about Storylane. I've had a great experience with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deals that are too small to justify using an SC/SE is where Storylane shines. It also helps retain engagement throughout a deal cycle. Our poduct marketing team also leverages it for marketing material as well
Killer demos in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible flexibility and capability to create stunning interactive demos. As a complex product, our ability to lift the lid on the value our platform provides is essential and with storylane it's quick, easy and impactful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if account reveal data was exportable/syncable with CRM account data but otherwise great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping clearly demonstrate the value of our product throughout our buyer journey - it means high conversion and high impact touches at every step. Also the customer team are amazing!
