Smooth, No-Code Demos with Guided Clicks and Flexible Storytelling
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the way it lets you highlight the feature of software you are using for demo, also all the functionality are very user friendly, What I liked the most is how smoothly the demo flows the guided clicks, transitions, and step-by-step storytelling make it feel very close to a live product experience. The no-code approach saves a lot of time, and the flexibility to tailor the narrative based on different use cases is a big plus. i liked how you can edit the text on the software screen hide and delete elements, the AI in built feature to improve the course content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited control over auto-navigation – sometimes the demo moves to the next screen automatically, which reduces control during live explanations. An option to fully disable auto-advance would help. apart from that as of now I do not see anything I disliked mostly looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits me by saving significant time and effort while still enabling me to showcase BMP software in a structured and engaging way. I can guide users through key workflows without worrying about environment stability, access issues, or live demo failures. It also helps ensure consistent messaging, since every viewer experiences the same flow and narrative. Instead of setting up and maintaining full demo instances, it allows us to quickly create interactive, click-through demos that closely resemble the real product experience. Overall, Storylane makes product demos more efficient, reliable, and scalable—particularly useful for sales, pre-sales, and customer conversations.
Easy to Use, Versatile, and Backed by Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, and how many different things you can do with it. They also have an amazing support team that fixes issues very quickly, so nothing ever seems impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if you edit the screen too much, like adding a lot of extra images from your gallery, it can bug out and load slowly. But honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about it.

Interactive demos that help save time during sales cycles.
Breaking Demos into Slides Makes Highlighting Key Moments Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can break demos down into slides and add slide-specific narrative to each one. It makes it much easier to highlight the key elements of a demo and keep the story clear and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see a bit more functionality in the library. We have a lot of people creating videos and demos, and the folders can get messy and hard to keep organised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m merging Storylane with introduction videos to create clearer, more focused outreach to prospects.
Intuitive and Fast Time-to-Value from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is really intuitive to use and offers great time to value. From the very first demo we published, we were able to see clear benefits, and it didn’t take much time to get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn’t offer many advanced options for tailoring images or fine-tuning design formatting. Because of that, demos can sometimes be easy to identify as “made with Storylane,” which could be a drawback for brands that want a more seamless fit with their own aesthetic. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s definitely something worth keeping in mind.

Sales enablement with a clear, hands-on experience that helps me understand how our product is used and what its value is.
Easy, intuitive demo tool with swift support
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and intuitive to use. It has all the functions we need to build explainer demos and as a bonus clever gifs! I've always gotten such swift support when needed help with something a bit more technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features (those helping out in creating steps in the demos) don't support other languages than English for as far as I know. GIF's have limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us proof at an awareness level the need for our system and showcase our USP's rather than just talk about them.
Interactive tutorials made easy—transformed how we document and share our product
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes creating interactive tutorials incredibly straightforward, and updating them as our product evolves is just as easy. It has completely changed how we document and share our product. We have moved away from static written guides toward clear, click-through demonstrations. This has been extremely valuable for showing the user experience to both new and existing clients, and it helps us keep our help desk content consistently up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for us is the pricing gap between the lower and higher tiers. We would like access to the HTML features, but the jump from our current plan to the next tier feels too large to justify at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane solves the challenge of clearly demonstrating product experiences without relying on long written documentation or live demos. It makes it easy to show how a product actually works through interactive, click-through tutorials that are simple for users to follow. It also reduces the ongoing effort required to keep help desk content up to date, since tutorials can be quickly edited as the platform evolves. This makes it easier to support both new and existing customers while ensuring documentation stays accurate and relevant.
Makes Visualizing Ideas and Product Demos Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It’s much easier to visualise ideas, features, and product demonstrations on Storylane.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DELETE story option once got me in trouble. Would prefer Archive feature, in case something is deleted by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need to demonstrate out latest product features and products, we use Storylane to actually tell the story to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and looks outstanding when putting product demos in from of client and embedding tutorials in our tech. Implementation is very simple and straightforward to integrate the branded links into our platform. Next level AI to help build product guides.

It was a little tricky to figure out the template’s branding colours.

Simple Interactive Demos with Smooth Implementation & Great Slack Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to create an interactive demo. The implementation process is straightforward, and the integrations, especially with Slack, work well and are easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI voice over is not quite accurate (I didn't find a way to set my tone or so)
