Storylane is a great tool to create customized demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has a lot of great features that make my life easier when creating a demo.
The ability to edit the HTML is wonderful, it gives me the freedom to edit the demo as much as I want and adjust whatever is needed, this is top notch.
I also love the text token feature, especialy for date adjustments, it makes the demo relevant no matter when users demo it.
The option to link elements to either other pages in the demo or external url is also great.
It's very easy to use Storylane and anyone can do it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that connecting between recorded pages would be easier, it can be a bit confusing at time if you have a lot of pages and don't always remember what should connect to what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane to create custom demo environment based on platforms we don't have constant access to, this gives us a stable envrionment we can use without any fear of "surprises".

Storylane.io helped me a lot with creating sales and onboarding demos for my SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start using and creating the first demo (Screenshots, recording). Overall, you can publish the new demo very fast. I used it quite frequently for different goals - sales demo, onboarding user demo, integration features demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes minimal time to figure out how to change the color to resemble your product brand logo. Writing AI is very general, might be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Presenting the onboarding for the new users, showing the benefits and the features of my SaaS.

It is a great toolkit for anyone who is demoing a use-case with little knowledge of the Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build a use-case with Storylane. It does a good job in creating the use-case to tell the story and works well when anyone with little knowledge of the product giving a demo with Storylane.

Adding features to focus on self consumption of a storylane would be great.

The tool is really easy to use to capture screenshots and create curated demos. There are regular new feature releases, and it continues to get better. Incredible value when compared to the traditional interactive demo options out there in the marker.

Mobile responsiveness is an area that needs some work, though that can be said of all of these demo tools.

As a PLG company, moving prospects through our engagement funnel is critical. With Storylane, we're easily able to add in that hands-on step people are looking for and give them the option prior to any sales engagement.

It's easy to spin up product demos that give a step by step guide to prospects .
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike. If we didn't like it, we wouldn't use it.

It automates a MOFU demo experience without involving reps.
Higly effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreacited the most user friendly interface,intuitive design, easy to use for any member of the team with all skill levels. It is practical and allows quick creation of demos and meets professional standards. I've been using it quite frequently. Additionally, it offers a variety of customizable hotspots, and it even allows for the incorporation of one's own design. I also need to highlight the Customer Support for its rapid responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I can point out as a dislike. However, for future improvements, I would recommend that Storylane focuses on enhancing the organization of stories to further improve user experience.

It has significantly helped our customers and employees in grasping concepts more clearly and navigating through complex issues with ease.
