Fantastic Product, highly recommended!
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is easy to use, and quick to deploy. We've been using Storylane to provide customers with product demonstrations, training documentation and other quick end user support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing negative to report. I highly recommend this product.

Storylane Streamlines Demo Building
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and rapid building of demos this enables.
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo videos are isolated once recorded, so you can't remix/recut them together. I'd like to be able to stitch together demos based on the features a given client is interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane to build simple demos that users can navigate through autonomously. These demos are a great improvement over a simple video recording because Storylanes tools allow you to draw the user's attention to specific parts of the screen while providing detailed information about that specific feature.
Great, Easy-toUse Tool for Buildign Quality Product Demos
What do you like best about the product?
We've found Storylane to be intuitive, flexible, and effective at showcasing the many different aspects of our SaaS platform. Basically no code, so it's easy for members of various teams to create attractive, guided experiences without heavy technical lift. Cross-fuctional teams - Marketing, Product, Training all use and speak highly of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, good value for the price, but certain design / branding options are a little bit restrictive compared to fully custom-built demos, so we do sacrifice a bit there. Also, we've found that occasionally, demos might not look exactly the same across all browsers or devices, which can require extra QA time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is solving the challenge of showing our aspects of our solution's value in a fast, engaging way. It allows us to create interactive, self-guided demos that let potential customers experience the product on their own terms.
Game changing tool for our GTM enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a game changer for us in both internal enablement and customer-facing use cases. We use it extensively for training new starters. especially those who need to get familiar with our platform before stepping into live environments. It will allow us to onboard people much faster.
For sales and CS, it’s been invaluable. We regularly use Storylane to create leave-behind demos tailored to specific customer features, as well as teaser demos to spark interest with new prospects. The flexibility it gives us to target different use cases is a huge win.
The platform itself is fairly intuitive, easy to pick up, even for non-technical team members. The AI-assisted prompt builder saves loads of time, and the translation features have been a godsend, especially for us as a global company operating in multiple languages.
Our account manager Maria has been amazing, not only has she set up regular sessions with our team to answer questions, but she has also actively sought to give us best practice advice. Showing us how to improve the demos we have built.

The learning curve for creating HTML demos was a little steeper and we made some mistakes along the way but our account manager has been there all the time to help us improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to rely on live demo environments which can be tempremental due to fake data. We also can give our customers a more interactive experience of new features rather than sending them a video.
Great for demos that want to tell a story!
What do you like best about the product?
We chose storylane to be able to deliver seamless custom demos, and enable our GTM team to do this without involving our super busy SE team. We are very happy with this choice.

Storylane has some glitches sometimes and you don’t really know how to fix those.

Storylane has helped me spend less time on building custom demos.
My Go-To Tool for Showing How Our Platform Works — So Simple to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Storylane is how easy it is to use and how clean the walkthroughs look. I can quickly build a guided experience that clearly shows each step of our platform without needing to screen share. It’s also really helpful to send the demos after meetings so people can explore at their own pace. It makes explaining complex processes so much easier and more engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t come across any downsides with Storylane it’s been smooth, reliable, and delivers exactly what I need for showcasing our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is helping me solve the challenge of explaining a complex platform quickly and clearly. Instead of walking people through a live demo every time, I can just share an interactive walkthrough that shows exactly how things work. It’s made my calls way more efficient and helps prospects understand the value without getting overwhelmed.
Handy Tool For Product Training / Overviews
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use. It records your screens and helps you to guide a user in navigating through various journeys. AI helps to write content or clean it up. AI Voice assistants help to add a more globalized voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delete of multiple screens was a pain(on Mac in chrome). Also I received inputs from my users on how non-intuitive the launch of the video was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are launching a self-service initiative and we are using Storylane to build product user journeys to help users learn our platform. We also intend to use it to launch new capabilities
Short time user but already feeling the benefits
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a way to control the number of demonstrations we were asked to deliver and Storylane has now increased our capacity whilst also delivering a consistent experience for the prospective and existing user. Its ease of use is obvious - just follow the dot! We can implement a new story in a short time and refine it over just a few hours. The support from the Storylane team is fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing an English (accent) avatar. Male and Female options would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions Consulting (pre-sales engineers) not being available at the time the Sales team needs resource. Previously having to reset data back to a demonstrable state before each demo. Not being able to gauge interest in areas without a gut feel of the demonstrating pre-sales engineer.
Excellent Sales Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Storylane to share sales demo videos from my company to my clients. This is very useful as my meetings have one or two clients, but they want to share more about us with their wider team.
It's very easy for me to make new links for people to access this demo. I can also view how long my clients have viewed it, so if I'e shared pre-meeting I understand if they've seen it or not.

Nothing, so far it's very good for what I use it for.
