This was super intuitive and showcased a product "tour" of our platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and intuitive to use! I literally just had to create screen shots and load them in and then add any text needed to guide people through the demo. I didn't run into any technical issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at all with using Storylane....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing our product to interested buyers without having to schedule a demo. It's an easy walk-through so they can get a feel for how our AI functionality works together.

Perfect solution for user friendly knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to start, you can duplicate any of your work and the customer loves it ! The all team is using it, for intern use and for the knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to change design settings manually for each new demo (maybe because of our plan?)

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to learn and was very easy to implement. I like that I can organize my tours in folders and create multiple links for a single tour. Makes tracking their performance easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I wish would be there is an option for custom date range to understand reports a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of its ease of use, I can create product tours in no time and get them added to the site. So it helps me get the tours live faster.
Game-changer for SaaS companies.
What do you like best about the product?
These guys made the intimidating prospect of building an interactive demo for our ever-evolving SaaS product possible. They've thought of everything - the automatic flow they build just by having me click through my platform; the option to add custom screenshots, videos and voice-over; and the share/embed options for flexible demo distribution are beyond what I could have hoped for. They turned a months-long project into a matter of hours. Their customer support was also smart, friendly, and responsive.
What they've built is genuinely delightful - intuitive, easy to use, easy to share, and instantly spins up a modern and slick experience. 10/10

What do you dislike about the product?
None. This is the smartest approach to this problem I've seen.

Storylane is making an interactive demo possible. Before them, we simply couldn't have done this.
Interactive, self navigated demos
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the audience is not only seeing the software features, but interacting with them in a guided way, is a huge improvement for the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would easier to include hotspot tracking. In theory, the user should click where the next interactive "dot" is, but it would be great to see what the audience thinks the next iterative step might be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to engage audiences at trade shows and keep them engaged until a representative can be free to engage. It also is a much more interactive way to demonstrate product features which is easier than stopping a rewinding a video demo.
Solid product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helps us build more interactive demos and takeaways for people who perfer a bit more of a self serve option or simply wish to see the product before speaking with sales. It also enables us with more valuable follow ups and the ability to engage more stakeholders. Nalin has also been very helpful and willing to support throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small things here and there but nothing specific sticks out to me. Its rather product UI based, which is fine. Small learning curve when adapting the tool, but as mentioned, Nalin is always willing to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps us with buyer enablement and education. That way when we have leads that want to speak to sales, they already have an idea for what they are signing up for.
This tool also helps with follow up and stakeholder engagement who cannot be on every call.

Fantastic demo creations software.
What do you like best about the product?
Storyline does really enable you to create demos for any software experience, and/or customer flow for the purposes of either demonstrating a products for a potential customer or tutorial/training purposes. Really easy to start using and fairly rich integrations so you can utilize these demos wherever you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
In one of their case study examples, they show a catalogued demo. A more in-depth tutorial for those who would like to use the tool in a more comprehensive way would be great.

The ability to create a demo for our products, in a way that is specifically tailored for the target in persona.

User Friendly Interface: Storylane has an easy-to-user interface with easy navigation and switing between different type of tooltips on a single screen.
Hassle Free Demo Creation: Another thing i liked about Storylane that you can record your screen while navigating to your platform using browser extention and can add helful content for user onboarding/Demo easily.
Multiple tooltips: Storylane provides multiple tooltips such as hotspot, modalbox, tooltip, media model, video modal, etc to add media and text in your demo tours.
Voiceover: Along with text and images, you can use audio voiceover to make your demo more interactive.
AI for content creation: Storylane has an inbuild AI feature to create content and voiceover with a click.
Budget Friendly: Storylane has most wallet friendly plans compared to other platform.

We were looking for a tool to create interactive demos so that users can learn our platorm on the go. Currently we are using storylane for user onboarding and persona based demo creation and it serves our purpose beautifullly.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helped us set up a lead engine in just hours.

I don't have anything at this point. We are still experimenting with this platform and things look good at the moment

Using Storylane as a lead engine. Very easy to create product demos and can be implemented lightning fast
Fast, Easy, and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I was up and running with a product demo in 15 minutes having never used the program before. It's a simple, powerful tool that engages prospects on a different level than a simple video walkthrough or Loom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to choose a specific section on the page and have the view fluidly move down to that spot. I can't always fit everything in one snapshot and still keep the graphics/copy large enough for users to read easily.

It allows me to quickly spin up a demo of a feature of my product and add engaging interactivity to an otherwise bland blog post.
