Great platform for creating a convincing story and demonstration

- When screen recording for example typing text, parts of the view cannot be hidden like with static screens

Sharing guided demonstrations made easy and fast.

I like that I can share with my clients in simple steps how a feature for the software works and they can have it handy.

At the beginning I didn't think it was as user-friendly, but it turns out it's pretty intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a client is asking a specific question and I don't have time to jump on a call with them, I can just create an interactive demo and send it to them.
Helps show something without man's presence
What do you like best about the product?
The solution helps show something without making appointments and educate the customer many times faster without spending more time with the customer. The customer gets value without unnecessary sales calls. What I like best is combining multiple scenarios into one great learning environment for both people working with me and clients looking for a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough editing options, more options in the background and guide sections would be useful. Animations or other add-ons would probably be a good option too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer is educated faster when they don't want to make an appointment but can quickly see a demo at their leisure over coffee. The goal is to educate and warm up

The product is easy to use for both marketing and sales.

Nothing. Wish I had found it sooner. I had a great sales process, great onboarding, fast support.

We can offer prospects and customers alike robust product walk throughs to help expedite sales, renewals, expansions, pilots and drive leads.
Great Product - Easy to Use once trained

There is a steep learning curve in the beggining however after understading all the capabilities, product is great and super easy to edit and use.

The ability to not record multiple screens or tabs. Sometimes the training is not all in one page

The app is very easy to use, you can create amazing demos. Plus the support is out of this world!!

The onboarding by people from Storylane and then without any guidance you are able to create a stunning demo. And when you need help or a review of your demo Storylane is there to help you. It truly feels like a team.

The version control can be improved, so you dont have to clone your current demo.
