Easy way to hold demos.
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has made it easier for us to run demos for customers while allowing our developers to work undisturbed without affecting the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Same as above.
The perfect tool for creating engaging product tour!
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane made it possible to create our first product tours, which allow visitors of our website to self-experience the software by following the paths we defined. We chose Storylane from among many other tools because after testing we got the product tour we wanted quickly and easily.Storylane is really intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have found no downsides to using Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product tours created by Storylane are published on our website and help increase website traffic and user engagement. Since the publication of product tours, the rate of our software inquiries has increased significantly so we treat product tours as a tool for generating leads.

Getting started it easy, also it's very easy to build demo and concept both internally and externally

Nothing as of now has what I need for the solution I am paying

With the solution, I can create flexible demos for different scenarios

What do you like best about the product?
I thought it would take a lot of time to start creating a clickable demo and was suprised how quick and easy the product is to use. I was able to immediately start using the product with almost no training. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I have no issues with the product.

Enabling a back up demo in case internet connectitivity is unavailable.
Clickable demos for very complicated use cases where a live demo may be difficult to perform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Storylane is easy to use and also easy to learn. My company has used it for several different use cases. We have been happy with the outcome and also the support we have gotten from the team at Storylane.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I was overwhelmed by all the new things to learn. However, I quickly got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us create Demos for our products.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and you don't need to wait days to launch it because the onboarding is user-friendly and doesn't require code.
The integration with Hubspot and Segment was super easy as well.
The account management team was always available to help and guide me through the Storylane journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs a feature to record voice while showing the product demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team was using a power point and figma board to show our product features and also they were giving trial to customer test our platform. Now they can show the product without giving real access and waisting money with trials. Also, now it's more professional.
Easy to Use, Accessible Support
What do you like best about the product?
The self-guided demos enhance our user experience and buyer journey. The software itself is easy to use and has functionlity that fits specific needs we have. Onboarding was simple and support has been great at helping us get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization can be limiting but CS and support has been great at helping us find workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us creat more robust documentation and increase engagement

Storylane is very intuitive to use, so it doesn't require much training to become dangerous fast using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Storylane could capture in browser lock mode.

Storylane is adding an interactive element to strengthen our support documentation and making it easy to do so.
Easy to use & looks great for prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to access, once it was set up it was easy to send out and allow our prospective customers and current customers to view our solution. Our internal team even uses it now for training!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed like we had some technical difficulties with the setup, so it took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have issues scheduling times for our prospects to review our solution, or having to do that over and over again. Storylane allows us to utilize the demo link so they can access it whenever they want to, at a time that works for them, and it can even help speed things up without worrying about scheduling issues.
Best interactive demo solution
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is great at capturing HTML and it's so easy to edit text elements. This makes it the perfect solution for creating highly personalised demo environments for prospects.
The solution is also applicable across the entire sales and post sales process. A great tool for customer training.
