Storylane is a great tool for building self-guided product demo experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get started, very easy to build demos, support has been responsive if I have questions or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile and browser size responsiveness is lacking, as is integrations like Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our prospects see the product without needed to talk to sales
Storylane Accelerates Product Visibility and Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a game changer for how we showcase our product to both prospects and existing customers.
It allows us to present key features of our platform in short, digestible walkthroughs that help users better understand our capabilities. For prospects, it enables self-guided exploration at their own pace, so by the time they’re ready to schedule a deeper demo, they’re already familiar with Bridge and more prepared for the conversation.

What do you dislike about the product?
While there were a few quirks in the demo creation process that initially required some technical support, those have been significantly minimized with the launch of Storylane’s AI functionality. It’s made the experience much smoother and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is helping us solve a key challenge: how to effectively showcase our product to prospects and customers without always relying on live demos. We have many features that are best understood when seen in action. With Storylane, we’re able to create interactive, self-guided product tours that let users explore our platform at their own pace.
This not only accelerates buyer education and increases engagement, but it also expands our reach, allowing us to get our product in front of more people, more often. It’s become a valuable tool for increasing brand awareness and moving prospects further down the funnel before they even talk to a rep.

It's the modern way of adding content to outreach
What do you like best about the product?
it's highly customizable, it's up to you to make it the ideal pitch, which can help draw in attention to the part of your offering that matter the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if you have the same engagement based analytics of where people spent the most time in these demos, I could be wrong but that would be a very useful feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development rep it's a difficult task to draw in interest and engagement, given the saturation in B2B sales. This tool allows me to make my outreach more engaging.
Highly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how interactive Storylanes are vs. traditional demo videos. They feel so much more impactful and hands-on for those who engage with them.
It has also felt much easier to create, deploy, and track the performance of Storylanes compared to typical demos.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to decrease the amount of support tickets, emails, and questions we get regarding setting up certain features that have multiple steps which are best shown visually.
Storylane at a Glance: Key Advantages and One Challenge
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane enables teams to create interactive, no-code product walkthroughs that are highly personalized and easy to share. Its intuitive interface, conditional flows, and embedded analytics make it ideal for sales demos, client onboarding, and training. With strong branding support and seamless embedding, it delivers an engaging, hands-on experience that mirrors the real product without engineering effort. It is an excellent tool for training end users and by keeping a static URL, we can update with our latest releases without having to send new URL's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of version control is one of the only things I don't fine user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane replaces outdated videos, articles, etc. with interactive, self-guided walkthroughs that simulate real product experiences, allowing users to learn by doing, at their own pace. This accelerates onboarding, reduces support requests, and empowers teams to deliver personalized demos or training at scale.

Solid Sales Tool with Clear Areas for UI Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me the ability to deliver my product to prospects in a meaningful way. Prior to using Storylane, I was in a position where I had to send individual videos, individual cases, or even sandbox sites that might allow them to get themselves all tied into knots. That meant I was giving them a suboptimal, post-demo experience by forcing them to click through a list of individual links. Storylane has let me create a library of resources that I can fairly easily customize for each individual. The fact that I can send a singular link but offer multiple, meaningful pathways for the prospect to engage with us more means that I'm able to offer more value and cement more relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be clear UI growth opportunities for many of the elements within Storylane. Even in trying to search through the library of created resources I find myself having to clear filters to simply start from the beginning when it's unclear what filters are even in place at all. I always get there in the end but it always feels like it takes longer than it should.
The big thing, though, is the demo creation process itself. I'm coming to this from a video production background and so I can't help expecting there to be intuitive ways to get to the place I'm headed. It's a very specific tool and once I'm able to understand the underlying logic, I can speed up the creation process and get the result I want more or less. That said, I can't help feeling that I'm bumping up against seemingly arbitrary boundaries rather than thriving within the confines of an entirely logical tool. As the tool grows, I'm sure many of these things will be ironed out and for now the pluses outweigh these frustrations by quite a bit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In selling software, I need to deliver meaningful opportunities for my prospects to obtain hands-on experience with the product I am offering. Previously, I was limited to sharing videos or enabling access to a sandbox site where a prospect could click around unguided, potentially getting themselves into all kinds of trouble. Storylane offers me the ability to curate a guided path through the product which reduces the barrier to entry for the prospect and reduces the likelihood of unwittingly introducing objections. It makes for a much more personal and engaging follow up in an important stage of the selling process.
Easy to use and great for CS teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is super easy to get up and running and utilize. I didn't have to read any instructions or refer to a help center. Super intuitive and the teams are loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great so far and don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a somewhat complex software that we use, its always helpful to provide step by step guides to an end user that can make it easy for our CS teams to communicate.
Great platform for showcasing your product
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has enabled all our product managers to create outstanding demos, walk-throughs, and overviews of the features they are launching. It was very easy for everyone to learn, with people up and running creating their own demos within hours. It has taken the uncertainty that comes from doing a live demo during a webinar or workshop. We have also used it as a knowledge transfer tool for both internal and external customers. It gives everyone a quick and easy way to experience new features and functionality. Publishing the Storylanes is as simple as sharing a URL. They are easily embedded in our website, knowledge center and product articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual aids that are available work better for marketing use cases than self-service product education. This may not even be a use case that Storylane is concerned about but it is very adjacent to self-service demoing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to demo pre-release software without relying live demos from dev/test environments.
Ability to include a demo in knowledge transfers, workshop and other interactions without having to prep a demo environment each time.
Ability to quickly and easily embed demos in our website that are informational and compelling.
Ability to create demos for our sales team for features and integrations that are difficult to provide in a sales demo environment.
