Fast & Straightforward Setup + Responsive Team = Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
The fact we could also capture designs from Figma to demo new features before they're released was a big plus. The setup process was straightforward (built a 20+ page tour in 30 minutes as a first-time user). The team has also been incredibly responsive to questions, always surprised by their reply time and follow-through.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a second to figure out capturing the right screens you want, but after this it's a breeze. Also still learning the best ways to use the product for mobile tours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Storylane on our website's product page to help users get a good understanding of the product in a more engaging way — this way they see / know our value before raching out.
Tremendous product that is very powerful and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very simple to use and requires a minimal amount of training. We were up and running very quickly and built our first interactive product demo in under an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have created a lot of interactive demos and a few of them have some similar screens. It would be nice if we could copy screens between our various demos rather than having to re-create them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our business continues to grow, we have been looking for solutions to allow prospective customers the ability to take a self guided demonstration of the products. We looked at a variety of solutions and Storylane was by far the easiest to use and the most powerful solution that we found. Customer support has also been terrific. We are getting tremendous response and the analytics built in to the solution allow us to see user interaction.
Killer Product Experience Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create dynamic product experiences and share them with your website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! I like what the team is doing and they are very responsive and easy to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make it easy for people visiting our website to have a self-service way to experience our product.
A very engaging way to show off product features
What do you like best about the product?
We have a product that solves complex data problems for users. Sometimes it's hard to show off our product's potential with words. We use Storylane to allow audiences to interact with our product without friction. I think it keeps them engaged and shows value quickly. Storylane also provides very responsive and effective support. They listen to our pain points and work with us. I would recommend Storylane to any company that is product and value-driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. There are small things for improvements as any startups' products. I expect these will all get addressed as the product matures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.
A must have for every SaaS Founder
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. As a non-technical founder, I was able to set up the product within a few minutes and added a live tour to our website. Instant results!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The founder team is super helpful and so far I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing our product as a virtual tour for prospects on our website. We want to give your prospects the option to take a self-guided tour before they book a demo.
