What do you like best about the product?
It has been very quick and easy to create tutorials for our new features. Before that, we asked developers to build guided tutorials, which were expensive to create, maintain, and eventually remove. Now it's the product team that creates them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have general metrics for the tutorials, currently you can download all the data and do it on your own, but it would be nice to already have it from the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save development team time in making/maintaining/deleting guided demos; since with storylane the product team can do them directly
Great tool to scale your demos
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to use. Create your demos and track their performance using the Analytics feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may capture more screens than needed, so cleaning the demos may be boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer can understand our products on their own pace and time without human interaction. If more is needed, they can always book a live demo.
Easy to use tool for embedded product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane's platform is really intuitive and I got the first version of the demo up and running in a matter of minutes. The platform is constantly evolving and this offer more and more opportunities of making the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part could be more intuitive for the administrator to make better calls on what to improve in the demo experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product that is hard to showcase to users (sending messages). Product demos allow users to jump into the action and showcase how everything actually works like. Adding Storylane is helping us do it in a way where we didn't have to put in developer hours into implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool that allows us to quickly create product tutorials. We only use basic functionality at the moment but it looks like there's much more we could do with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to get clearer insights into which of our customers engage with the Tutorials we create and get that data into Planhat, so we can get a better understanding of how we're creating value for our customers.

Enhancing user experience for existing customers, providing a quick and easy way to upskill on specific features, ultimately influencing adoption of our tool.

when sending campaigns and follow-ups for our clients, we noticed way higher engagement with interactive demos. They are easy to set, and track.

I love it that you can get a Guided demo flow in 'seconds' . it is really point and click, then add labels if you want to.
The interface was intuitive and I was able to create, edit and publish everything I wanted in no time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like is that on my first try, being so SUPER EASY to record a demo, it let me go on for over 40 clicks! literally, in 3 minutes.
I later found out you cna edit, remove and re-arrange the flow and was easy to remove the unnecessary ones and get it to the 'just a handful of clicks'.
A comment I was doing a long flow would have been nice, but far from being a show stopper.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have an internal platform to allow test driving of our product but due to product changes we no longer can use it and need a replacement. Storylane worked out of the box!

how easy it is to get started. We noticed that for our client these demos are truly engaging for their prospects, helping them get more demos booked on the website.

The mobile optimization isn’t perfect yet

I love how interactive demos work for our clients. The engagement significantly increased, and it's easy to set up and embed on the website.

Storylane has been very easy to use. We've designed a lot of presentations for our website visitors as well for other educational purposes. Customer support has also been available when needed.
