Game changning for our user onboarding!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Storylane is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. I went from being a new user to feeling like an expert in no time. Within a day of signing up, we were already sending Storylane-powered walkthroughs to our clients. It's such a massive improvement over the clunky, long videos we used before. Storylane has truly been a game-changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue I've encountered is that the Zendesk article embed seems to be broken at the moment, but Storylane's support team is actively addressing it. Other than that, I can't recommend it enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has helped us solve the challenge of scalable user onboarding and enhanced our help desk articles by embedding specific walkthroughs. This has improved the overall client experience and streamlined our support processes.
Easy to create powerful and intuitive demos
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-1 UI, nice tools and easy to use.

Could be better to have an advanced tutorial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So basically I was able to create a demo using Storylane that shows how our platform works, this way we save time and efforts making it automatically easy.

It's a very intuitive and easy tool that offers flexibility and very precise data. We've seen a real difference on our website since we have implemented Storylane. And it has a great integration with HubSpot!

Storylane is the perfect tool to create interactive experience with our SaaS product, guiding contacts step-by-step in our ecosystem of modules and features.
So easy it takes less than 15min

It's so easy, the design is elegant and it looks so professionnal. Anybody can understand it quickly

I can't imbed it in Intercom :( it would be such an amazing feature

What do you like best about the product?
A very intuitive tool for capturing both the user and administrative steps when interacting with our solution. Perfect for Demos and training!
Integrations with our CRM allow us to capture leads from views and through specific Call to Actions - likewise the reporting and analytics are very comprehensive.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if reports could be exportable in PDF or HTML, rather than just csv but that is a minor point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demonstrating our solution in an interactive way without having to arrange lengthy post-discovery sessions.

Easy to use without a lot of technical background. Great tool for creating quick how-to training videos for product features.

I don't have any dislikes that I've encountered so far!

As processes change this is an easy way to quickly record updates.
Helpful solution to ease Support and Customer service burdens
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane allows my company to produce short, informative videos/tutorials either in a generic format, or tailored to our clients - to help them navigate our product and services. The ease of creating them is simple and annotating or editing does not take a large effort. Within a week we had 10 different options to trial with our clients and they were very well received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored too deeply into other formats of Storylane, so it may be more challenging for larger corporations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining in curated terms features and opeational aspects of our products, without having to repeat Screenshots/bullet points. The videos are clear and we can add in extra detail, rather than a straight video of the action.
Storylane is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I pushed to get Storylane on day 1 of my founding Product Marketer role. Since then, we've used it primarily to enable our customers and colleagues. We're now using it to build a demo hub that will wow our prospects.
I'm bullish on interactive demos. I'm even more bullish on Storylane.

I want to be able to delete multiple steps as we edit a demo rather than one by one.

Showcasing our platform in the best way possible without overwhelming existing customers, colleagues, and prospects.
The best way to create demos for training
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to use the tool, and how the demos end up looking amazing, making them so intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes the guidelines look different when you publish the story, and that it doesn't keep the record of what user edited the story it just show who created it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyline helps us building training demos for our company and customers, making the product adoption easier for everybody.
Great tool to create demos for our transportation tech platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to set up demos with step-by-step screenshots or videos and layer text on top of it. The ability to add multiple demos accessible from a single link is also useful for more complex product demos. Our tool is widely used by our Sales team to showcase our technology to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storylane allows to copy demos and make edit to them to save time, but the process of removing "slides" on long demos is a bit painful.
The formatting options when embedding on our own website are a bit restricted, mobile screen are often enormous.

Ensure that Sales team don't have to spent time creating their own demos. Control demo quality across the company. Automate demos by sneding links to leads.
