What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the tool in generating evaluations and the integration with OWASP. The best tool is test automation with the robot. It speeds up testing a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file export part could be improved. Individually export multiple files simultaneously know a good one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search for data on the deepweb. Create an APP to scan on the local network without the need for vpn.

On the downside, Pentest-Tools.com can be difficult for new or inexperienced users to understand what scans and tools do without extensive research.

However, this is a very slight downside compared to the benefits of Pentest-Tools.com.

Pentest-Tools.com identifies risks on our website and recommends solutions on how to solve these issues. We use Pentest-Tools.com to do website scans after each deployment.

The initial setup and understanding of all the tools can be quite overwhelming, I think this could be improved by an improved onboarding process to help users get up to speed quickly.

Nice and useful tool with great reporting capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Usability is great. It's simple, fast and robust. The sniper module is useful. Updates are coming timely, and informative emails are rather useful and up-to-date compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor GUI adjustments could be implemented. Such as, when you assign a list of assets to a group, it could be more clearly listed in the results section stating the group it's listed in. Another thing is, Dashboard visuals could be selected and displayed for different user's dashboards via a drop-down menu, for instance. One technical shortcoming I observed is, When I try to scan a full list of assets, it only scans the first asset of the list and ignores the rest. It might be a bug. One additional comment, may be teams integration could be implemented as well. Please implement CSV output format for reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our usage model, this platform mostly solves the confirmation of already known and detected vulnerabilities and results of reconnaissance checks. Also, the sniper module enables us to test specific attack scenarios to our asset ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, easy, and quick to launch and use to scan and monitor my attack surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the option to scan API endpoints, so I use it only for network and web application VAPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled me to quickly scan my attack surface for vulnerabilities and collect the required evidence so I could fix it. I like that it runs on the cloud, avoiding the need to waste computing resources on my endpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Pentest-Tools for regular vulnerability scanning and application security testing. We set schedules and tests run on their own, providing us with compliant, detailed reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any significant dislikes at this time. However, from time to time, there is a connection issue. In those cases, it does alert us and the test can be re-run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pentest-Tools is delivering regular monitoring for our security program, both for our infrastructure and to a lesser degree, for application vulnerability testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Pentest-Tools is an easy to use, excellent, one-stop-shop cyber security utility tool. Their technical support team is the best yet. Excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
No scan logging functionality to investigate times that scans may fail. Luckily their support is very willing to help if these situations occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerability Management in our company. The DAST process is now very fluid using Pentest-Tools and has dramatically improved our SDLC workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
- Low cost alternative to the usual mainstream platforms (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)
- easy to use (cloud-based)
- simple integration of on-prem environments via VPN connectors
- tenant-structure allows us to separate data for each customer
- very helpful support
- flexible pricing (contact them for custom pricing, if their standard models don't fit you)
What do you dislike about the product?
- some of the report only show the risk rating as a color, hard to use the "search" function for
- can't seem to create reports for multiple levels of risk (e.g. high and medium), need to export separate reports
- no integration with external IDP, e.g. Azure AD for user authentication
- debugging of scan/connection issues isn't easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- we use PTT for on-demand scans, e.g. as part of quick security assessments
- it also helps us to perform asset discovery
- sometime we use automated pen-testing

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of establishing routine tests and granular controls therein are convenient. The overview dashboard allows for a simple and single monitoring interface. The reporting tools are practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this time, as the product delivers exactly what is advertised and the user interface is straightforward and friendly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pentesting is a continuous security requirement for both internal servers as well as external servers. The main benefit is the one-stop-shop pen-testing platform for your critical infrastructure.

some of the generated reports would need some revision to make a better look,
