What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful use for pie sync has been its ability to link processes and marketing activities for my clients

What do you like best about the product?
It works! Its easy to set up and offers tons of sync options
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit (2500) on the number of sync'd contacts on the particular plan that I'm on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between Highrise and Mailchimp so that we can keep our MC lists up to date
Easy to implement, fairly easy to master

Ease of implementation (2 week free trial), ease of maintenance, support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on syncing different data fields like drop-downs, check boxes, etc. It would work best if every data field was plain text, but that's no conducive to the highest and best use of Hubspot and Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are syncing data between Hubspot and Outreach, which do not have a native integration. The benefit realized is a somewhat limited but successful integration between the two.
Great Program to Keep All Contacts Connected.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of PieSync in the fact that you have the opportunity to consolidate all your contacts used from different programs into one may database you may be using. The fact they are investigating several other company programs to partner with is wonderful. I use several different programs from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, and so forth it feels great to be able to use one program to synchronize all the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recommend expanding out to Social Media Programs such as Instagram, Facebook Business Pages (not ads), and other popular social media programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to manually add everyone I’ve had correspondence with. The program does it for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend using PieSync as they have partnered with over 200 companies in which programs you may already be using for your business. Synchronization at it’s easiest!!! And for the price, you cannot beat it!!!
What a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to go through and set up customized syncs on the go and get this working for different workloads within the two systems. this is now used for automated workflows that have helped to speed up processes. we were using a bespoke tool for this which was a lot more money and less functionality and easy to make changes, this software fitted what we needed and worked. amazing support as soon as i had an issue they folllowed up and assisted, this was before
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of entities it currently allows you to sync can't wait for more to be available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
have a tool what was easy to customise entry's and an ever evolving system, which with current software we have a bespoke tool that costed programmer time each time. amount of money going to have two systems work in tandem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for a tool that flawlessly syncs contacts and account from dynamics and HubSpot this is your tool. ease of use and quick changes allows for this to be a no brainer for using it.
A no brainer

The only reliable solution I've found for 2-way syncing of data apps.

There is nothing to dislike. I really do love it.

Sync autopilotHQ to HubspotCRM - no other solution does this so well, two-way that I found.

I love being able to know when my clients and leads are calling so I can decide whether or not I should pick up the phone and can answer the phone accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It works great for me and haven't had issues.

I always know who is calling and can feel confident when answering the phone!
Great with KW Command
What do you like best about the product?
It is working fabulous between Google and KW Command! Love it!

Would love it to merge duplicates since KW Command does not have that functionality yet.

Keeps it super simple to have all my contacts in KW Command, Google and my phone.
Easy as pie
What do you like best about the product?
It really is just so simple. I set up 6 links for my trial in no time at all, and then reduced those links to 2 when I purchased, which was extremely simple.
And the pricing changed accordingly, which is an obvious but often missing feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Price goes up quite fast - but once I get to that many users I guess that won't be so much of an issue. There's really not all that much to dislike here. And you can have a decent length trial to make sure if its really for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my contacts synced without me worrying about it, across the different services I'm using to support my business.

What do you like best about the product?
A couple of syncs and you are done, as well a time saver.

Haven’t seen anything yet that would make me dislike usage of PieSync
