PieSync Works Awesome Contact Integration Magic!
What do you like best about the product?
PieSync solves a major problem that all of us have - programs, services, and platforms not integrating with one another regarding contact data. With PieSync, integrating contact information between programs, services, and platforms is very easy and affordable. And, PieSync has some great folks working behind the scenes to provide outstanding customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find anything to dislike about PieSync. If I had to pick one thing, it would be more integrations. But, PieSync is constantly adding new programs, services, and platforms that you need to integrate with one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PieSync reduces time lost due to double, tripple, sometimes quadruple data entry of client contact information. It does all of this easily and affordably.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PieSync is one of a kind - you will not find any other service that offers the ability to integrate contact data across so many other programs, services, and platforms.

Best synchronization software ever it has lots of connections across most valuable apps also has flexible pricing

Compared with Zapier it actually syncs your entire database rather than connecting specific metrics.

There are certain platforms that are not included at the moment.

It gives me the possibility to integrate different platforms without having to rely on the IT team.
Fast and easy syncronization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use. Real plug and play, it takes 5 minutes to start sync contacts between platforms. Good suport.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment options, I miss more choices. Also i miss more freedom at choising plan subscription.

Try it. Is not expensive, you´ll use it daily.

Wish i could sync more than contacts and contact fields, wish i could trigger other actions between different toolsets

Instead of using spreadsheets and manually double check for duplicate contacts, PieSync just keeps the contact list sync'ed

What I like best is the instant integration with so many apps.

It could be easier to get started with, but once you get the hang of it... boom!

What do you like best about the product?
At first you simply sync contacts across app's, but later on you discover that you can build a lot of 'smarts' in your syncs. Like the changing of a status for a customer when there is a new order, so that person now gets new and specific mailings that you automated in your mailing tool. Smart syncing for your CRM, mailing app, project manager, etc. Very handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It only syncs contacts, not companies. It's on their roadmap, so it will be solved, but; No company syncing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-One truth for all data on contacts.
-Smart syncing (industry from the one, status from the other app, etc., to culminate in a 360 view).
-Set it once, and never having to look back.

If you have multiple apps, or are considering getting a new app and need contact migration in a smart way, and are copying contact data, get PieSync. Set it up once, and you're good to go.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time historical syncing with no code, two way syncing,
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integrations, though they roll out a new integration every week. There are more that I’m needing. No contact syncing based on physical address or phone number. Only email address. No syncing with browser push notification tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating contacts and keeping them updated in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PieSync is the quality of support in combination with the robust syncing and custom rules engine platforms. All of that together means I can set up solutions using PieSync that enable me to develop my working relationships rather than getting caught up in various system integrations. My team has never needed to interact with PieSync because the solution hasn't stopped working.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the speed and quality of service, I sometimes find the formatting of the messages difficult to read or process in my inbox. It seems like sometimes no formatting is applied in a way that readability is sometimes diminished. I don't know whether this is an issue with my computer or the ticketing system used by PieSync.
Not receiving alerts when a connection stopped working was a surprise to me. However, I believe this has since been addressed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of PieSync, my team continues to use their preferred mobile devices to manage contact information while the new and updated information automatically syncs with our CRM and email marketing system. Vice versa, new and updated information flows both directions ensuring all end-user applications are up-to-date.
