Very nice tool that allows you to sync contacts between databases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works on the background, and I never have to worry about contacts not syncing. The process of separating names and last names is automatic (I use PieSync to sync Odoo and Hubspot). I love the tool and recommend it to anyone who deals with multiple databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a good service which improves as it develops. I have nothing I dislike about it.

I am syncing contacts from the ERP system to the CRM system

Pricing and not enough app available. But as there are no really competitors we had to use it

2 way syncing is great! Real time makes it even better!

The fact that Piesync syncs both ways and their quick support! Also real time syncing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a lot of possible integrations, to much marketing related.. but yeah you have to have your focus. Add more apps for a different kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing between outlook contacts and podio. Outlook is still the place where the information is first captured. Podio is leading.. syncing solves this matter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to get a grip on marketing automation with a simple easy to use interface and great support. Try Piesync. Syncing both ways was never so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of user experience. PieSync give you a really intuitive experience that's complemented by real time updates of your changes and status - that's critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fields from Hubspot that aren't picked up by PieSync. Not quite sure why and it's a pity because now my database is starting to fill up with duplicated field names unecessarily just because PieSync doesn't give me the option to select some automated fields provided in Hubspot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Before piesync I had to use Zapier that worked great until changes took place in my database. Now that I have piesync and their two way sync I no longer have to worry about knowing if a contact's information is updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more connections to other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Piesync solves the gap for my brokerage and keeping information up to date when we transfer leads.

I would highly recommend Piesync to others.

The customization is not yet perfect and the lookup should be doable with something else than email.

Seamless contact sync
What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, you don't need to bother any more. It just works as it should, and gives me a peace of mind for that particular purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I was irritated regarding the pricing model, but I found a package now which perfectly fits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cloud-based CRM does not provide contact sync with Office365 yet - so this is perfectly solved.
