I personally didn't have any dislike for this . I think no system is 100 % but I fount it accurate .

I mostly like SurveySparrow for its conversational survey experience, which enhances my use by leading to better quality answers and higher completion rates. The initial setup was super easy, and I rate it a 10 because it's one of the most easiest and useful tools.

Advanced analytics can be limited. If you need deep statistical analysis, like regression, factor analysis, or custom predictive models, SurveySparrow's built-in reporting can feel too basic.

I use SurveySparrow for customer satisfaction, addressing low employee engagement and ineffective product development. The conversational survey experience provides better quality answers and higher completion rates.

I think SurveySparrow is the best employee rating tool for measuring employee motivation. I like the chat-style format, which feels more personal and engaging for respondents and helps reduce survey fatigue. The multi-channel sharing options like SMS, email, and web are also great, along with the unique offline capabilities, making it flexible for diverse, on-the-field needs. The initial setup was very easy due to its very friendly interface.

I’ve found it helpful in identifying recurring issues faster and prioritizing system upgrades based on user feedback, which has improved helpdesk workflows. Additionally, connecting SurveySparrow with Slack and Microsoft Teams boosts our response rates and engagement without needing to switch platforms. The initial setup was surprisingly smooth, as the interface guided us through each step, allowing us to launch our first survey within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be better is the analytics dashboard — it’s a bit limited when we want to dig deeper into long-term trends or compare performance across departments. One thing that would really help is more flexible reporting like the ability to create custom dashboards or filter results by time range and user role. Also, having predictive insights or trend forecasting would make it easier for us to plan IT improvements proactively.

I like how intuitive and engaging the surveys feel for respondents with SurveySparrow. Surveys feel more like a natural dialogue than a traditional form, which helps improve engagement. I also find it very easy to set up, as we were up and running quickly without needing much technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, and reporting customization could be more flexible. There is also a slight learning curve when setting up more complex surveys and workflows.

SurveySparrow solves the problem of low survey engagement and scattered feedback. Its conversational surveys increase response and completion rates while consolidating customer satisfaction, employee pulse, and NPS tracking into one platform.

It has a conversational interface and it's very easy to operate and has a robust 360 feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a limited reporting depth buggy customization and some other technical constraint.

It's solve alot of digital media problem in interacting and reaching broad audience and It's benefiting me financially as I just need to answer questions to get some bucks as well.

Getting started was simple, and implementation did not take much time. I used it from time to time, mainly when I wanted a conversational flow rather than a regular form. The number of features was enough for these use cases, and responses were easy to review. It also integrated smoothly with basic tools, which made handling feedback manageable. Overall, it worked well for engagement focused surveys related to my clinic and diet work during that phase.

Reporting options felt limited for quick review, and exporting or comparing responses was not very convenient for day to day use. As my survey volume increased, I needed faster setup and simpler response tracking, which is why I later shifted to other tool for regular clinic surveys.

SurveySparrow is very easy to use, the interface is clean, and create surveys take very little time. The ready made templates and chatbot style forms make experience smooth for both creators and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading takes a bit more time, especially when viewing detailed reports. few advanced features feel limited unless we upgrade to a higher plan.
