What do you like best about the product?
I like SurveySparrow for its clean interface and the fact that it doesn't have a steep learning curve, which makes the experience more engaging. The minimal setup time is a big plus for me, and I find getting started simple and straightforward, with seamless integration. Creating surveys is simple and user-friendly, which means it never gets confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional performance issues and minor bugs and glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow solves poor quality or incomplete responses with useful dashboards and analytics, turning raw feedback into clear insights. I use it for collecting feedback, sharing surveys across channels, and automating workflows with polls.

What do you like best about the product?
The survey experience with SurveySparrow has been amazing. The survey questions are not boring and they feel like real feedback conversations that led to better response rates. Moreover, the set up is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like everything about SurveySparrow. The only is that some customization options are available for higher plans. also handling high volume data sets requires extra effort and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us improve lower response rates and scattered responses. The conversational type survey format helped customer experience too.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SurveySparrow mainly to create and share surveys for collecting feedback and insights. I love SurveySparrow's conversational survey format because it makes surveys feel like a natural chat, keeping respondents engaged and improving completion rates, which means I get more honest, high-quality feedback in less time. Combining this with its smart question logic ensures every respondent only sees relevant questions, making the whole process efficient and valuable for making better decisions. Another aspect I appreciate is analyzing the results. The platform provides dashboards and reports that help turn responses into clear insights, which I can use to make better decisions. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, from signing up to creating my first survey, without any technical knowledge or training, thanks to the clean interface, step-by-step prompts, and ready-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoy using SurveySparrow, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the pricing plans can feel a bit steep for smaller teams or individual users, especially if you want access to advanced features. Another area for improvement is the survey customization options. While it’s flexible, certain design elements and question types could be more intuitive or have additional templates to make setup even faster. Lastly, the reporting dashboards, though powerful, could benefit from more advanced visualization options or easier export features for sharing insights with others.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SurveySparrow is how simple and user-friendly it is. The interface feels clean and intuitive, so creating surveys never gets confusing. I also really enjoy the conversational survey style—it’s more engaging than the usual boring forms, and it makes people more likely to finish them. On top of that, the automation features and reporting tools make it easy to track responses and stay on top of results without needing a lot of manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about SurveySparrow is that some features are only available in higher plans, which can feel a bit expensive for small teams or individuals. Also, sometimes the customization options feel limited if you want very specific designs or logic. The reporting is good, but it can be slightly confusing at first and takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps solve the problem of collecting feedback in a simple and engaging way. Earlier, normal surveys used to feel boring, and many people would not complete them. With its conversational format, more users actually respond, so we get better and more honest feedback.
It also saves a lot of time because everything—from creating surveys to collecting responses and seeing reports—is in one place. We don’t have to do manual follow-ups or manage data separately. This helps in making quicker decisions based on real feedback, which improves overall work and user experience.

I really like SurveySparrow's conversational chat-style survey format because it significantly increases our survey completion rates compared to traditional forms. The chat-based flow feels natural and engaging, allowing respondents to see only one question at a time like a real conversation, which drastically reduces drop-offs and gives us more complete feedback. I also appreciate the beautiful, enterprise-grade branding capabilities, as we can fully customize logos, colors, fonts, and URLs to match our brand perfectly. This professional look builds trust with our B2B clients in Germany. Additionally, the surveys are super responsive on mobile, maintaining a smooth and easy-to-complete experience even on phones, resulting in much higher mobile completion rates. Finally, the initial setup of SurveySparrow was straightforward and much smoother than we expected for such a feature-rich tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can jump quickly for larger teams/usage. Some essential features (like advanced automations or extra seats) are locked behind higher tiers, making scaling more costly than expected. The conversational UI is great for users but rigid for admins. The chat-style design is fixed in many ways—it's hard to adjust pacing or layout for enterprise audiences, fully remove SurveySparrow branding at mid tiers, use custom CSS without limitations, or make multi-question pages when needed (chat-only can feel slow for long internal surveys).

It's hard to get a clear overview of all rules at once—we often have to click into individual questions to check or adjust conditions, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the structured format of SurveySparrow, especially with its ability to customize follow-up questions based on customer responses. It's very much a do-it-yourself platform where users can navigate it easily themselves. It provides insights into our business which help us understand what's going wrong and what we need to correct to enhance the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that SurveySparrow cannot be integrated with my backend systems to trigger NPS messages at specific instances like returns. It needs to be manually triggered. Another issue I have is that there is no dedicated support for users. Also, while the initial setup was quite easy as the system is workflow-based, support in terms of API integration could have made the experience better.
