Easy way to get the client feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very simple for us to collect feedback from our clients about our EOR services. The surveys look nice, more like chat so the clients actually reply. We also like that we can change the design to match our brand. The background and everything looks good and interactive and its really easy to use and create surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response could be little faster sometimes but overall it's a great platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for employee feedback collection, exit process surveys and also when we need to ask new requirements from clients. The interface looks intuitive so its easy for people to fill and we get better response rates compared to normal forms

SurveySparrow solves the problem of low survey engagement by offering a conversational, chat-like format that feels more interactive. It also automates recurring surveys and centralizes feedback, helping businesses track customer or employee sentiment over time boosting retention, satisfaction, and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to navigate around the website.
- Quick and easy to create new surveys.
- Customer support is proactive.
- Grievance redressal is quick.
- Integration with Salesforce is effective.
- It's a one stop solution to understand all our customers better.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Basic plan has limited features - not enough to use at an enterprise level.
- Dashboard feature is not effective to derive insights.
- Not enough languages to support global clientele.

Survey sparrow is helping us collect the feedback from our customers and understand their sentiments as well as analyzing it at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like about SurveySparrow are its features like video surveys,conversational forms, share surveys and a lot more.
Its easy to ues, seamless implementation and integration, also the best customer support are the main keys to like this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per our analysis and experience there are no other survey platforms are as much efficient than SurveySparrow so there is no scope of dislikes of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The reason I chose this platform over Google Forms, HubSpot, TypeForm, SurveyMonkey was the customization ability to setup an engaging survey - have multiple sections, have multiple Qs per section, have stack-ranking Qs
What do you dislike about the product?
As I was using trial version, I ran into some limitations but Vignesh from their sales team was extremely helpful in getting me work around those

Giving survey conductors ability to customize the survey experience to create the right brand impression and increase survey engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform's flexibility in conducting surveys, as well as the AI feature that helps analyze and categorize survey comments. Overall, the platform is advanced and will enhance customer satisfaction while providing better control over our CSAT metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using Zendesk, and there were gaps in the integration that could have been smoother with a step-by-step mapped process and more educational videos. However, the team was helpful, and we managed to resolve the issues we encountered
