What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is very easy to use, the interface is clean, and create surveys take very little time. The ready made templates and chatbot style forms make experience smooth for both creators and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading takes a bit more time, especially when viewing detailed reports. few advanced features feel limited unless we upgrade to a higher plan.

The initial setup was straightforward, enabling our team to create and launch surveys quickly using the templates.

Advanced customizations and reporting can feel a bit limited without higher-tier plans, and some complex workflows take time to fully set up. Occasional performance lag on very large surveys and a steeper learning curve for advanced features could be improved, along with more flexible reporting options in lower-tier plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SurveySparrow's conversational approach, presenting one question at a time, which makes users feel like they are in a conversation rather than staring at a wall of checkboxes. This design lowers the cognitive load. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to use voice notes instead of typing, allowing users to just tap a mic icon and talk, similar to sending a WhatsApp voice message. This means you can hear the actual tone and emotion in a customer's voice, which feels much more human than a standard text box. I also like that its chat-like interface contributes to a high completion rate and enhances both customer and employee experiences.

Many of the 'wow' features—like white-labeling (removing their logo), custom CSS, or the advanced AI analytics—are locked behind higher-tier plans. Small businesses often start with the 'Basic' plan only to find they need to upgrade significantly to make the surveys look truly professional or to access deeper logic features.

SurveySparrow is good and easy to use for people without much technical knowledge. I like its different types of surveys, especially the variety. It has many surveys, with feedback surveys being particularly useful for understanding opinions. The initial setup was very easy.

SurveySparrow's plan is a little bit expensive for me, so I wish they would reduce its charges.

I primarily use SurveySparrow for its suite of survey offers to deploy for things like product roadmap requests, enablement resources needed, and pulse checks. It provides a software that helps to reduce fragmented or scattered feedback (ex emails or spreadsheets) into a clear source of truth, all in a scalable way. What I like most is the user interface and how easy it is both to design surveys and take them from a user perspective. It is straightforward and powerful. The simpler and quicker it is for me to create and deploy the surveys, the more it enables me to get the data I need faster while also freeing up more time to do strategic work.

The software can be a bit costly.
