What do you like best about the product?
I really like SurveySparrow's conversational chat-style survey format because it significantly increases our survey completion rates compared to traditional forms. The chat-based flow feels natural and engaging, allowing respondents to see only one question at a time like a real conversation, which drastically reduces drop-offs and gives us more complete feedback. I also appreciate the beautiful, enterprise-grade branding capabilities, as we can fully customize logos, colors, fonts, and URLs to match our brand perfectly. This professional look builds trust with our B2B clients in Germany. Additionally, the surveys are super responsive on mobile, maintaining a smooth and easy-to-complete experience even on phones, resulting in much higher mobile completion rates. Finally, the initial setup of SurveySparrow was straightforward and much smoother than we expected for such a feature-rich tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can jump quickly for larger teams/usage. Some essential features (like advanced automations or extra seats) are locked behind higher tiers, making scaling more costly than expected. The conversational UI is great for users but rigid for admins. The chat-style design is fixed in many ways—it's hard to adjust pacing or layout for enterprise audiences, fully remove SurveySparrow branding at mid tiers, use custom CSS without limitations, or make multi-question pages when needed (chat-only can feel slow for long internal surveys).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow solves low completion rates and impersonal forms. Its chat-style surveys boost engagement and provide reliable data. We customize branding to maintain professionalism, enhancing trust for B2B clients. Its mobile responsiveness significantly improves completion rates on phones.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SurveySparrow for its balance of user-friendliness and professionalism, which fits perfectly with our German B2B requirements. The conversational survey style stands out the most — it's far less intrusive than traditional forms, leading to a real jump in response rates and higher quality feedback from our business customers. I value how straightforward it is to build and launch surveys without needing technical support. Our team can quickly create branded, GDPR-compliant surveys, saving us a huge amount of time. The clean and intuitive dashboard makes it easy to interpret results and share insights across departments. I also really like the customization and branding options, which allow us to adapt the look and feel to match our corporate identity without any design skills. This is crucial for maintaining trustworthy and brand-aligned interactions in B2B relationships. The setup process was very easy and low-friction, which is exactly what you want when rolling out a new tool in a busy B2B environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility in complex survey logic. For straightforward conversational flows it works great, but when we need more advanced branching, skip logic, or conditional content for longer B2B surveys, it can get a bit clunky to set up. It’s manageable, but not as smooth as some competitors. It's hard to get a clear overview of all rules at once—we often have to click into individual questions to check or adjust conditions, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of mistakes.

SurveySparrow makes feedback collection engaging with its conversational surveys, increasing response rates and feedback quality. It centralizes feedback, ensuring consistent analysis, and meets GDPR compliance for data privacy. It also integrates with our CRM to streamline actions based on responses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the structured format of SurveySparrow, especially with its ability to customize follow-up questions based on customer responses. It's very much a do-it-yourself platform where users can navigate it easily themselves. It provides insights into our business which help us understand what's going wrong and what we need to correct to enhance the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that SurveySparrow cannot be integrated with my backend systems to trigger NPS messages at specific instances like returns. It needs to be manually triggered. Another issue I have is that there is no dedicated support for users. Also, while the initial setup was quite easy as the system is workflow-based, support in terms of API integration could have made the experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this platform is that it has a conversational style survey, it make the survey more engaging when compared to other traditional survey platforms. Their interface is modern, clean and intuitive. The automation, recurring surveys and their NPS tools make the feedback collection effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their advanced features and reporting are available in higher-tier plans; their customisation options always make a toss for trial and error, which is a bit time-consuming. Their inbuilt integrations are very limited, needed Zapier for complex integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me make every survey campaign effective. By creating a more interactive system, it centralises all the customer feedback and makes it easier decision-making. Their conversation kind off survey mechanism is very helpful, to keep the user engaged in the survey. Their basic survey tools are very helpful in the survey development.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SurveySparrow allows us to conduct surveys that are completely chat-based and helps us collect valuable feedback from customers and employees. It's great that I can easily develop different types of surveys with drag-and-drop options, not needing technical skills. I appreciate that the forms are mostly mobile compatible, making it easy for clients and employees to complete them. I find the software advanced in providing clear reports and charts of all surveys conducted, and I like that we can integrate this information with our CRM, email marketing, and Slack for better value generation. The initial setup was great and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I faced while creating surveys was the complete customization of details, which was unavailable on the starting plans. They only allowed some basic changes to the question section and the use of basic templates. Advanced features were only accessible in higher plans.
