Best survey application with offline mode available

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface that SurveySparrow provides, which can be used by experienced as well as the new users easily.
SurveySparrow also provides a offline mode, which makes it stand apart from other survey applications.
We can easily create surveys, add branding, background to my surveys easily and also share the survey link via sms, mail, QR code also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one disadvantage I faced from SurveySparrow, which is it's limited generation of feedback results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves companies effort to improve their services by taking valuable feedback from our clients.hence this SurveySparrow application helps me create a survey with so much ease and lot of flavours like background, branding etc. It even has an offline mode which is fantastic! for low connectivity regions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SurveySparrow's affordability, which offers a lower quotation compared to previous tools. I love the simplicity and straightforward nature of the service, which makes it easy to get clear insights directly from customers without needing to call each one. The premium multilingual features are highly useful, adding great value for our diverse needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced challenges during the initial setup of SurveySparrow. It was difficult to provide the expected answers to questions because the user interface was tricky and not intuitive. Instead of being able to use existing templates, we had to build everything from scratch. Additionally, the reporting and analytics layer could be improved to provide real-time data visualizations like pie charts and bar graphs with filters, which would make it easier to solve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SurveySparrow to obtain real-time insights from customers, simplifying the process of gathering accurate information without direct calls, which enhances decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to set up surveys and share them with my team or customers. The chat-like format makes it more engaging, and I get responses faster.

Some of the advanced customization options can be tricky, and I wish integration with a few other tools was smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very simple for us to collect feedback from our clients about our EOR services. The surveys look nice, more like chat so the clients actually reply. We also like that we can change the design to match our brand. The background and everything looks good and interactive and its really easy to use and create surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response could be little faster sometimes but overall it's a great platform

We use it for employee feedback collection, exit process surveys and also when we need to ask new requirements from clients. The interface looks intuitive so its easy for people to fill and we get better response rates compared to normal forms
