The price. Although I have used SurveySparrow for quite some time, I would say the price is a bit high.

I used SurveySparrow for my thesis questionnaire.

Nothing really at this moment but I hope in the future it could be more affordable or have like 1-day use.

Great Product for Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. Putting together a survey takes no time at all. I like the various design options, fonts, and layouts. Customer service was great when I had a question about adjusting the layout of my survey. I also feel that we get more than expected for our money with our paid subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits to what you can do with a paid subscription and with the platform. Some formatting options are limited (we are unable to left justify a single paragraph on one page, for example). We were also disappointed that there is no option to enter text when someone selects "other" on the ranking items question. They should be able to tell us what "other" they would like to see if their preferred option is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a government agency with a legal need to gather public input on various things, including new projects, future plans, community sentiment, and more. SurveySparrow makes it quick and easy to create and distribute these surveys. The graphs/charts are also helpful for presenting the data to stakeholders.

Templates already created in system make it easier to roll out surveys.

Trying to log in to the website has been an issue.

It's a great tool for me to do anonymous employee surveys. They tend to be more honest and give real feedback.

I can easily incorporate Survey Sparrow into my websites. I love how Suvey Sparrow has an app, and that you can use it for so many things. It's also free! Can't get better then that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes. There are some qualities that Google Forms has that Survey Sparrow doesn't. But then again Survey Sparrow has a better app than Google Forms does.

I am figuring out what my clients like and dislike. This is helpful when marketing and coming up with the next big thing, or where to hold my retreats. It helps me know my clients.
