Great tool for surveys, super easy to use, amazing design
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is really easy to use, the user experience is great, i love the conversational mode, the fact that I can use GIFs, videos and images in my surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say there is something I dislike, I am very satisfied with everything that SurveySparrow offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my webinars feedback forms, market research studies, other forms I need from time to time. I collect answers really fast and easy. Yes, my business performance has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it with confidence, it will help your business for sure

What do you like best about the product?
I love the APi rest this tool has and what i like the most is the offline survey feature. Also it's surveys look awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing in particular i dislike of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my costumers use our app offline most of the time. And let them to respond these offline is super good. It's super easy to configure and to use.
It is a really good service but a little too expensive for me.

It's easy to use and has amazing templates that save a lot of time.

There wasn't a pricing plan that met my budget, so I couldn't fully use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up a quick survey and all the responses being quick and easy to access. I've liked the integration with Teams which makes things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to not like, maybe that you have to pay extra for some of the premium capabilities, but that's fairly normal for things like this. Not at all overpriced in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low cost way to perform quick pulse surveys, makes gathering data / feedback from internal team members and even external customers easier than trying to use email or other methods.
Impressive UX
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is the most intuitive and fun platform I've ever used to design surveys. It also includes many custom features that one of its big competitors does not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to design a multiple choice question with an "other" comment box tied to it, which is a feature essential to me. You can either create a multiple choice question OR a comment box, never both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting client feedback from travellers when they return from their trip. I need many questions answered and the Sparrow UX makes it easy and fun for them to fill out completely.

The template and layout options were excellent for being able to customize my surveys how I wanted them to be.

I did not have too many things that I didn't like, just don't have the money for them at the moment

Survey forms for interview and cloud storage aspect. I have benefitted financially. Yeah I hope to be more productive.

The customizations and ability to make it appear as though it is not a 3rd party software. it looks as though it has come directly from us / the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customizations do require a fair level of IT / HTML programming experience. That makes it difficult at times, for a non-tech user.

Support time often lags. And it is sometimes hard to contact my dedicated rep.

Integration with active campaign, very easy to create a survey and i love the way it show me my results

I don´t like is more expensive when you want to pay for a month or a short period of time, i don´t realize surveys all year along
