Nice surveys and functionality. Pricey for small company that needs a custom domain.
What do you like best about the product?
Creates nice looking and engaging surveys. Reporting functionality is nicely laid out and easy to use. Likely being able to integrate the results into Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price entry point for a company that needs a custom domain but doesn't have huge survey volumes is pretty high. Would be nice if this could be an optional extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and aggregating customer feedback on our software platform. Chosen as we can create a custom domain that is not blocked at our clients when we share the surveys with them. Also using for internal employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools for surveys, the interface is user-friendly, and the automated surveys help us track results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a little challenging and we had to call customer service a few times to make sure the automation didn't pause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use survey sparrow for our NPS scores and our employee engagement surveys.
Great Features but Not Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the piping functions of the surveys and the fact that we could build APIs etc. Lots of compatibilities and reasonable for the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the fact that there was not an easy way to connect with a dashboard and that it was a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would have helped me resolve our customer service surveys.

Sometimes I feel that the flexibility of the allowed rules isn't enough. Could be done better.

Survey Sparrow is an amazing platform for surveys and NPS scores. Pricing is not for small business owners.

Great tool for NPS, executive dashboard, customer journey map, offline survey , chatbot for website.
Great layout, easy to use.

It's pretty simple to set up a survey and share a link with customers

The analytics could be a little better - i.e. digging into the numbers. It's fine once you ported it over to Excel.

We are collecting customer feedback, NPS etc. and has given us a better view of our customers.

Setting up the surveys was easy and simple. Also, the metrics we're great- they captured the information I needed and showed it in a way that was easy to present to my team.

The regular phone calls and emails, even when I had finished a project. Even though I had completed a project, I would still get calls from a representative. I told her I didn't need weekly calls and emails, but it was persistent.

Survey Sparrow gave me more options to customize for what I needed. I had tested other survey programs, but Survey Sparrow fit with what my projects and my team needed.
