Exxtremely Robust and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the platform. The tools are very straightforward and easy to understand. Building a survey takes less than a few minutes once you get used to the system. There is nothing that I haven't been able to include in surveys and options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with the system. I have not found any disadvantages with the system. The only dislike is that to have vanity URLs (rather than a surveysparrow URL) the cost jump is very large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SurveySparrow to run proxy votes for condo coporations. The ease of use and ability to send them out to mimic a proxy form is excellent. We have seen a huge increase in use to achieve quorum.
Great UX
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how trivial the whole process of creating surveys, data collection capabilities, and email campaigns is. I really appreciate the possibility to import data into SPSS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis section could have been more extensive, but overall I think the app works properly. In my short experience with this app, I haven't noticed any major bugs that make it difficult to use.

I used this app to send out a survey.
Intuitive & Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is easy to use in comparison to its competitor on Survey Monkey. I created an account on Survey monkey and in 3 days I still hadn't quite figured out how to use it properly, it was not user friendly. With survey sparrow in 2 hours, I had my first survey done and even had a link I could share. To this day I still don't know where to get the survey link on SurveyMonkey. Survey sparrow is also considerably cheaper and has more billing options like quarterly as opposed to annual billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to fully customize a secondary user preference accounts for a colleague. I wanted to make sure they can only view the detailed results when logged in, and not customize or edit the survey in any way

Collecting customer feedback.

The efficiency of the platform is incomparable. Thank you for creating a platform that makes gaining customer insight through surveys so streamlined.

Honestly. I really don't believe there is anything that I dislike about the platform!

I am gaining insight into customer behavior that allows for better ways to serve my customer base.

The ease of use coupled with a variety of templates makes it easy to deploy. The real masterpiece is the data analytics and insights tool.

There are no significant downsides to the tool

It is quite easy to run NPS programs using SurveySparrow
Smooth design
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has a very smooth and clean design, with features that make it easy to create impressive surveys for customer feedback. I've used it to gain user insights, and I LOVE the look and feel of using SurveySparrow

I think SurverySparrow could be better once they add more templates to choose from

It makes it easier to get customer feedback without having to create something from scratch. Its an easy setup that makes getting user insights more effective.
