Easy to Build, Easy to fill
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build forms and how clean and creative the surveys look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the costs associated with the freemium model and limitation to responses.

Being able to capture data in a creative way from different groups of participants

- SS is a complete experience management platform which helps businesses to refine CX, EX, Product, Sales and Marketing experience.
- Harris the Sparrow bot was helpful when you need guidance on How, When and Where questions arises.
- Case management was effective in converting enquiries, Inbound emails and NPS scores into ticket for better handling.
- The ability to track your audience and surveys with great visualisations and monitor them through dashboards was EPIC!
- Integrations made easier, they infact support most of the popular integration out there in the market.
- I personally loved their Chat and 360 survey which had better compeletion rates.
- Ready to go templates to satisfy our Survey needs - Top notch!
- Finally, switching cost is less compared to other legacy softwares which makes Sparrow to win the race ahead than Monkey and other competitors.

- I'm expecting more of a Minimum usable product than viable product.
- Beta testing needs to be improved prior to public releases.
- Display logics and reasoning needs more options to customize usecases.
- Trial period can be increased to 21 days instead of 14 days.

- With survey sparrow, I feel my surveys are answered quickly. In other words, improved completion ratio comparatively.
- Offline Survey will help us to resolve remotely inaccessible requirements.
- Honestly, creating a survey with Survey sparrow is not rocket science - The UI is simple, effective, and ergonomic to fit everyone's requirements.
- The reports and analytics are even more refreshing and easy to review.

It is an intuitive software, it allows the personalization of the surveys, to configure the questionnaires, with options that go from adding unlimited questions to the design.

What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow is my ultimate survey software. This allows you to maximize productivity through its fast, intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Any user without prior survey experience is able to use this software effectively. I can create, design and manage surveys of any length and complexity. It is only a matter of following a sequential logic.

SurveySparrow offers many different customization features.
It is flexible, adapting to almost all platforms that are used to distribute surveys. This Slack tool can also be integrated which means that survey results are also visible on your dashboard.

If you want to use all the features that the SurveySparrow tool has, you have the possibility to contract their paid plans and get the most out of your online surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create a custom plan by combining the needed features from different pricing plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive for a small organization. However, the support team is very helpful and can find the best deal for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of surveys, NPS
Almost amazing, but a little buggy.
What do you like best about the product?
The creative/logic-based way I can create a survey to be unique for each person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization inside the survey questions. Little to no formatting options beyond the general building segment of the app. Also, some questions (i.e. the contact form) don't let you move the options around, which forces you to recreate question/option lists every time you want to change/correct something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it to gauge the heartbeat of our church and get people plugged into ministries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good alternative to SurveyMonkey for those on a budget, but definitely nowhere near a replacement. The user interface is slick and easy to use, but functionally limited. The customer service is little to non-existent. And the exporting process for gauging data is illogical and requires a TON of post-work on the part of the user. Still, with enough elbow-grease and compromise, it's served my church well. Just know you get what you pay for.

The limit on the number of recipients the internal email system can send at one time.

One of the most affordable tool for NPS
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customisation SurveySparrow offers is very nice. I really like the option of asking to follow up questions based on the score. I've literally seen the difference of switching from Hotjar to SurveySparrow for NPS. The submission rate has improved a lot and we got better analytics as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say it as "dislike" but sometimes it gets complicated to create a simple NPS survey as well. The templates do help in getting started quickly but it would be great if it can have a guided template specific to business needs. Currently, it's very generic.

We are basically capturing the NPS from our customers. This helps us in benchmarking our customer experience constantly.
