What do you like best about the product?
The platform was easy to use, and the features offered were similar to survey monkey but for half the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could offer more features and provide more opportunities to showcase results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm capturing client feedback. The benefit is that it helps me to provide better service to clients.

I don't have anything negative to say, it's great!

We have a greater understanding of what our patients want and need from us. We have been able to make efficient changes within the workplace based on their feedback.

That it does not have a free version i can use

What do you like best about the product?
The visually appealing templates make it easy to create a form that users find entertaining. Also, the price-point makes Survey sparrow the obvious winner vs Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about my experience with survey sparrow, suggestions however I'd give would be making maybe an additional subscription price between the free and cheapest option especially on the personal plans? The jump seems a bit stark between the two
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Affordable solution for a form builder that offers the quality of templates they do.

The visually enhahnced survey - certainly drives engagement when the platform deployment is visually engaging not just a generic survey

Would be great to see better pricing for Pro Bono work

So useful for my online shop chats and for customer experience valuation.
With all these information I can improve may shop faster and better

If you're looking for easy to use forms surveys templates, this is the perfect one. But if you need something more advanced or Specific for your business, I found it impossible.

Customer service - quick and response

CX is not great - hard to toggle between admin portal and user portal, hard to pinpoint where issues exist

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Survey Sparrow is the simplicity, ease of use and great look and feel of its templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike. It is worth upgrading from a free account to track respondents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding much more quickly what customers really want on top of what is working and identifying challenges they may otherwise not speak up about in person.
