Really liked how visually appealing this was and really easy to set up customized surveys.

Analytics could offer better filtering for drilling into results. Price was higher than other tools on the market.

I've been using Suveysparrow for sometime now. It has been a great experience so far for my team and me. We're using Surveysparrow for all our surveys. The UI is great and easy to implement.

The cost for this tool is too much. Expensive

I make customized documents based on users wishes, so it helps me ask them the rights questions based on their choices
Featureful and better value-for-money than the competition

Compared to some of its big competitors SS offers greater flexibility in letting you change the form and flow to best suit your audience

With the similarity in pricing across the leading platforms, those using a competing platform may feel the marginal gains offered by SS are countered by the non-financial burden of switching between services; the pricing should be more aggressive given competitive landscape.
