What do you like best about the product?
Sync on the offline application. simplicity of the website
What do you dislike about the product?
The packages on the website are not very clear. using the application was not very easy

Registration forms for events, but I couldnt use the offline forms

Survey Sparrow has been a great platform for the price. Easy interface to design surveys and modify when needed with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The commitment required is a minimum quarter of a year to use features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for clients to gather data regarding their needs. They have been able to analyze results and make improvements where needed based on user data.

The graphics and sometimes the language translations do not work properly
I wish that there was a button that allowed you to choose your language front and center. Right now, it is a drop-down carrot in the corner, and many of our clients who do not speak English cannot see that and do not know they have the option of taking it in a different language so they don't take the survey. If "what language would you like to take this survey in?" was the first question that popped up for the client, and they answered it, the survey automatically changed into that language, it would be helpful.

It is an easy way to reach out to clients and collect data in a way that is not intimidating to them. It is also user-friendly for our clients, many of which do not speak English.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is an "all in one" option and can download data in SPSS
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible yet to do a semantic differential scale on offline surveys.

The "chat" capability of the survey was well received by our customers. The ability to include images allowed for a higher quality of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stuck out as a dislike, we were up and running quickly and were able to interpret responses quickly.

We were able to generate market surveys for new products quickly.

The thing I liked most was the format of the form, which is not like a classic survey but more engaging for the user

A thing that can be implemented is the possible options for the answers.

As a designer, I use survey sparrow during the user research phase. The most important benefit is the experience that I can offer to the users.
Ability to create comprehensive surveys
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different options to create different survey questions, much more than the free options available out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be an option to create a Likert scale table where both the X and Y axis can be labeled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer demographics, customer attitudes and perceptions towards new products and services being offered, customer satisfaction surveys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SurveySparrow is a good option for those looking for a survey platform that doesn't cost a ton of money. It has many of the features needed to create a comprehensive survey. Some question types are missing, but those can normally be worked around. It's a much better option than all the free options available out there.
Survey Sparrow is a great alternative to SurveyMonkey!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and straight forward and the program is simple to use from the first login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating email invites with a drag and drop editor makes the process simple but it takes away the freedom of options that an HTML invite allows you.

Survey Sparrow has really simplified the process of connecting to Salesforce.

Easy to use and can be customized as per the industry requirements. One of the good ones available in the market
