Good features but need little working around

The animation of the transition and visualisation is good

The UI part is very engaging and excellent. From questions to design, it does not take a lot of time to create. The greatest value Survey Sparrow provides any organisation is time-saving. The tool makes gamified survey creation, results tracking and analysis quicker than any other existing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of our survey emails ended up in spam. This is one thing that the team have to seriously work on

We created surveys to collect the opinion of our clients about our services. I believe Survey Sparrow is a powerful tool to help businesses around the World understand their clients satisfaction and study the market.

Ease of use and if I had more time could say more about testing the other features I assume compare to those found on Survey Monkey, one of your competitors.

Short trial period not long enough to deploy and test.

Trying to address language issues using a Cree Syllabic Font ᑕᑕᐊᐧᐤ or tatawaw (welcome) i.e. and provide questions in Indigenous mother tongues.

The first upgrade to the paid version is a giant step up, needs a minor step up with fewer features than the regular paid version.

SurveySparrow gives students, clients, and others a way to make themselves heard. They may be reluctant to do so in person, but you still need their feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a unique experience platform that combines the power of business functions such as survey automation and insights. It helps to reach your audiences in many ways, example: via emails, QR codes, unique web links. Best of all, you don't have to send surveys manually, you can easily import contacts with the help of a CSV file so that each person I sent an email to receives a unique link, highlighting that with that link you can track a survey, response and activity in particular and most importantly see how it is reaching people, as well as the response it is getting and some differences. I like video surveys which is a fun way to communicate with clients and other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
With SurveySparrow I can design my surveys any way I want. I like its design, its functions, its extensive list of integrations with other platforms.

In SurveySparrow it offers different ways to distribute surveys, so some of these ways in which they do it is through emails, surveys shared on social networks, on Facebook, Twitter, QR, embedded codes, so all these are the different ways to distribute surveys quickly, efficiently and safely.
It offers integration with Zapier, a tool that connects with all the applications that I love. Connection that allows me to sync survey responses from SurveySparrow to SharpSpring.

SurveySparrow allows through its multiple interfaces such as Chat and Form I can design my surveys the way I want. You can share surveys on web, mobile, social, and email channels to collect feedback from your target audience with ease.

One of my questions in the survey was multible choises and at the same time the anserws need to be written, I think if there were a schedule insted of what I did was going to be better

Powerful software, but only if you purchase an enterprise plan.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize styles on the forms created. The presentation and default styles create a beautiful experience that delights customers and employees alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is challenging to understand when a survey accepts responses vs. closed to new responses. This is due to two different methods to closing suverys; one is to set a deadline after which you will stop accepting responses, and the other is to "close" the survey using a button. If you "close" a survey, it not only closes it to new responses but also disallows you to view the responses as well. Their software is also clunky in that you don't have any question libraries or the ability to copy questions from one survey to another; or create common answer scales to use across your surveys.
Additionally, when you try out the software, they provide you with an enterprise plan, so you get to see all of the nifty features, but they aren't clearly demarcated, so when you end up choosing a plan, you might be surprised by the features you cannot use.
The customer support team is fast at replying, but any questions of substance are sometimes forgotten and fall through the cracks as they wait to hear back from more knowledgeable folks. You need to follow up a couple of times to hear back from folks.
