Survey Sparrow is a great tool for surveying potential prospects and customers

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and the webpage looks excellent on the client side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other helpful service, SS is paid, so you'll have to pay a monthly/yearly fee, which is lower for some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're utilizing the tree-like structure of the survey to lead our clients to different survey branches dependent on their parameters. It's really great when compared to Google Forms we used before.

Integrations with other applications can be a little difficult at times, but mostly because of technical issues

I am able to create beautiful surveys very easily. The templates are very useful for business purposes

Nice user interface. Easy to roll out. Nice analytics on responses. Easy to share response analytics.

There is nothing so far that I dislike about SurveySparrow.

We are trying to understand the potential demand in a new market for software solutions that we are developing.

The NPS feature of Survey Sparrow on the chat interface.

The absence of a graphical representation to show the flow of the survey.

We are using Survey Sparrow to meet our NPS needs. We have seen an increase in the response rate and features like multilingual surveys, partial collection of responses, chat interface, auto submission have changed the survey experience.

Good omnichannel survey product

What do you like best about the product?
Conversational forms, Recurring Surveys, and Insights
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to do A/B Testing on the surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We worked on few use cases :
1. User Persona Research - Conversational Form helped to get more survey completion.
2. NPS - Recurring surveys helped automated quarterly surveys to go without manual intervention.
For both we wanted a no-code solution and SurveySparrow worked very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is excellent in creating feedback surveys. The data capturing is accessible and can be viewed together more simply. Creating the surveys are also very great

Not anything so far. I overall have a great experience

Because it is secure, data security is not a problem. We get all data in one place, and it is straightforward to operate too
