Very useful and provides the real platform for Survey campaigns

I don't think I dislike anything about SurveySparrow

We can successfully create the campaigns for our customers and reach them easily

Able to collect customer's NPS and CSAT but need more enhancements on reporting

Survey Sparrow provides me an insight of what and where my business is going in a short period of time or a year from now. Opinion of clients and customers and noncustomers is a good tool for us to provide better service

how easy it is to use, the customised themes and how slick it all looks. The Canva of surveys!

I didn't find anything when I trialed it. Am keen to use again when I have a new survey to run.

What do you like best about the product?
A very broad number of features to send the survey including embedded NPS in emails.

Pricing is more on the higher end comparing with other options.

The idea of considering SuverySparrow was to increase response rate.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Using the software is easy and simple to navigate and set up. It does not take long to create and deplloy surveys

There is nothing that i don't like about it.

The problem of sourcing great feedback. This is an easy way to get good quality feedback that can either be anonymous or not.

The user experience is incredible, very intuitive, smooth, and sleek.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be pretty steep but I can imagine that there are use cases that justify the cost.

I was trying to survey customer satisfaction and managed to do this fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Lots of flexibility in designing surveys. The translation function makes doing multi-language super simple. Plenty of flexibility in reporting.

Scoring could be a little bit easier I think.
