Solid platform, affordable pricing -- and way more personalization than Google Forms
What do you like best about the product?
I found SurveySparrow because I was looking for an affordable survey platform that would let me hyperlink text and rank-choice vote (Google Forms does neither). The rank-choice voting is *extremely* useful. In general, I've found the platform intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not always a fan of the templates. I ended up designing my own (which is okay, it was pretty fast).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest win was offering a platform that lets my audience rank-choice vote.

It's bring fun to the survey and allow everyone whatever his age, education or title able to go through and participate. Very easy to follow and express your openion

Need to give more recognition to the participants. And also need to allow more countries to participate, with more wide ranges of openion that will make big difference.

It guide through so many critical subject, with a simple way. With different categories of people and different opinions, you can evaluate correctly and guide you through the products

Easy to use, and save you a lot of time. Your opinion is matter, this all what I can say

The option to make questions that only appear if certain conditions are met, for instance if you are a women you don't need to go through all the questions intended for men

I kind of didn't find anything I didn't like yet

I used it for a campaign and it was amazing how much more data I could collect using it

I recommend buying the premium version as it consists of many more features than the basic one.

I appreciate all the support and outreach for Survey Sparrow, though it's a great WYSIWYG experience already. Very intuitive.

So far, not much to dislike, though a few more font editing options in the builder would be useful.

Looking for more engagement with internal employee surveys, more interactive experience, item logic is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost was reasonable. Surveys were easy to create and visually attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support was spotty. Reports did not meet my expectations. I was looking for the ability to edit reports and did not like the word clouds and word lists that were placed about each set of comments.
