I used SurveySparrow to verify my start-ups product market fit
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to sign-up, choose from various templates that I needed. After selecting the most appropriate template, it was super easy to edit it, test it.
Not to mention the simple explanation on setting up logic for the questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked was adding/remove the pictures on the surveys. A better tool-set is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't want to use Google Forms since they are so old; no one likes them anymore. Surveys should be more attractive, shorter, and with content in it. SurveySparrow offered all three things I needed. Also, to verify the product-market fit for my messaging app.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall look of the dashboard is what I like best about SurveySparrow. It also had a free function which was nice compared to other survey softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user friendly, and it didn't have all the features and functionality I was looking for for my survey.I would like to see more features in both the free and the paid versions. I did not like that you created your survey only to find out you needed to pay for some features only after you did all the work to create it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to develop a survey for an employee 360 review - it was helpful to provide anonymous results.
quick, easy & great design
What do you like best about the product?
the pre-design templates and the various methods of requesting the answers ( like drop down menu, smiley faces etc.)
The detailed analysis of the results is awesome and so easy to use in my own presentation of the results--- no further work needed on my side!!! EPIC!!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
There were one or two options that would've been useful-- like a "match a phrase to a picture" function
Also when translating to another language, it would've been useful to switch between the translation and the presentation a bit easier --- i had to close the translation everytime and then go check it in presetation mode

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a really quick and free app to get some information from my colleagues and i needed it to be interesting enough to engage them.
The variety of answering methods and the colourful design made that easy to get them involved and the reply rate was high.
Also it was cool to have the translation option since I needed it in multiple languages and this was such an easy was to do this.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really intuitive to use; quick and easy survey creation and amazing result analysis and presentation. The design templates are very professional and the layout options are sure to increase audience engagement.
Survey Sparrow was so quick & easy to use, yet the result was so professional; it looked like I'd spent hours on it and as if I have a background in design!

Solid Product Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the pricing, ease of use, and follow up support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything, the biggest challenge was trying to find a software program that met a very specific client need. The Survey Sparrow team went out of their way to try to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of needing more robust quizzes within a specific online course platform. Benefits, improved student learning outcomes.
Amazing experience, Not Cheap

The experience was good. The team is amazing. The reach and effeciency is excellent

Expensive for an undergrad student when other options like gdoc are available.

Market research of specific target audience without having to circulate the questionnaire everywhere.

I appreciate how much flexibility there is with questions. I can customize it to our unique business model without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really can't think of anything at this time; if I absolutely had to pick something, though, it would be to lessen the cost of additional users. Every additional user is the same cost of a whole second account, which is costly for users that don't need the same permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with seeing our survey responses on time with our last software, so I really appreciate the feature of emailing the entire survey, answers/questions included, to any inputted emails. I CC the team and they see it right as it comes through.

I liked the user interface and the way the things are structured. Helped me to set up a market survey for my startup in few clicks

Improving the UX with more dynamic elemnts will change the experience

I really enjoyed using survey sparrow because of its great user experience- I had just stopped using another tool because of its terrible experience. I also liked the different options/customizations I got to use for my surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it was a bit too costly, but it is totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now create surveys that are not too 'formal looking' ...they are enjoyable to fill.
Great for data collection surveys

It is a great platform for surveys; you can create an image-based survey in minutes and receive summary results in a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if there was an option to add timers to the questions.

It is very easy to create a survey for data collection. Since the user interface is so easy to use, survey takers complete the surveys much quicker.

If you are looking for an easy-to-use survey platform, I recommend SurveySparrow.
