Minimalistic
What do you like best about the product?

We need to gather more insurance claiming information like the complexity of processing a claim

I'd love to say that a product with more easy no-code survey platform which helps our business in a million ways is this one
I use for briefing and the tool doesn't work well for my use.

The interface is beautiful and very easy to use

I am a Portuguese speaker, so a translation for my language will be nice

I use for briefing clients at the moment, but doesn't work well for this.

User Friendly Survey Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow's interface allows you to customize surveys so that our employees can quickly and efficiently respond from their computer or smartphone. This platform uses the language of this generation to garner responses to survey questions. Its easy-to-use format is relevant to how data is collected and shared among tech-savvy users today. It also allows the user to respond without a need for lengthy and murky commentary quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features of the tool I do not like. SurveySparrow allows for various levels of customization, which helps when using the interface for my compnay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use SurveySparrow as a part of our exit survey interview process. What we found before using SurveySparrow was that only 1 in 3 employees who left the position responded to our request to complete an exit survey interview. After switching to SurveySparrow's platform and customizing questions in an easy-to-follow process, we saw an 85% completion rate instantly. Our company manager's and upper management were delighted with the change in response. I credit this to SurveySparrow's unique manner of engaging the participant in the process of data collection.

What do you like best about the product?
The nature of surveys is transparent and always great, they deal with real life situations and daily routine in our immediate environment, both locally and international.
What do you dislike about the product?
I deslike long and breaking surveys they all Been ending,at times you are told ,you aren't fit for the survey or your profile didn't match, at times survey quota reached.fix this please.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real life measures, daily life expenditures and movement in my country and internationally the call to modernize my life and my way of livelihood in our today's computerized world. It has helped monitor work easily.

The should strongly cling to survey sparrow,and always reffer to it in times of mass enlightening on market issues and daily consumptions.

The eDM design capability and the reporting are so well implemented it takes them to the next level.

Not much bad to say here but there could be more survey form types.

We build surveys as part of our strategy efforts for clients. Being able to build them quickly and generate reports help inform our client efforts.
The best typeform platform that is easy for the creator and also for the clients

Very easy to create surveys with many options in the question types.

I have not found anything that I did not like about the feature or the functions available.

Wanted to know the feeling of the clients with our products. I was able to reach more and the option with the question type was very helpful in understanding the customer needs

It is a wonderful tool to engage with customers, receiving feedback. Not only for external internally I use it for onboarding new employees and employee engagement. Very easy to use.

Not much - answer (to question) variables do not update when editing an existing survey.

Survey Sparrow has great templates that are easy to use. I also like the notifications and stats on the survey I sent out.

I don't have any suggestions at this point.

I haven't experienced any problems yet. Benefits have been great. Easy way to get honest feedback from customer/client feedback.
