What do you like best about the product?
User experience and easy to build surveys with various options like Chat survey

I like the logics built.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not give excellent dashboards for the leadership team to view

There should help on role-specific dashboards/ HR/Manager/executive team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to build the surveys
frequent feedback from employees/customers
give understanding on organization culture/employee engagement ratios and satisfaction levels to improve processes/policies and take actions on concerened areas

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and if you ever have a question, you can contact support; they are prompt, knowledgeable and cordial. It's also easy to use for those filling out the survey
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. I am thoroughly enjoying the platform

We are able to survey our customers and employees on various subjects, such as employee satisfaction, benefits preferences, and catering and event feedback from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, they also offer a free trial to test if it's the solution you're looking for.
Wonderful templates to get you started and a great support team too
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough question types is what comes to my mind. Apart from that, worked great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it so far to create UX survey forms, have seen good response rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat feature is very cool. I love that it makes the forms more conversational.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, I feel like the integrations and features are getting there!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am collecting information from clients for intake. It definitely helps to organize that and make the process more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature of your website's interface. It's easy to use, it doesn't have a bunch of aggravating ads, distractions or gimmicky pop ups that take away from the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult for some of my coworkers to access some of the links I sent them and it was difficult for me to trouble shoot at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have an issue nailing down meeting times with volunteers and coworkers. I hate tracking them down for an answer and then figuring out which dates and times work best on my own. So surveys make all of that easier.

I think it was too expensive to keep on the long-term bc we rarely run surveys. But we can use it as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The design is modern, simple, and beautiful. I've used SurveyMonkey and Google forms for a long time and they work just fine. But SurveySparrow is beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
SS is not as ubiquitous as Google forms or Survey Monkey so there are fewer integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market feedback, NPS, sales prospect qualification, product feedback.

There is nothing as such that has to be disliked about Survey Sparrow.

I used Surveysparrow for gathering Survey responses in all my case competitions and saw a very high response rate.
