The best available survey tool in market 2021
What do you like best about the product?
The background themes and user-friendly interface make the user engaged in the survey. Even if users don't like surveys, because of the catchy user interface, they complete the survey genuenly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many unnecessary emails are sent out to users. Some users complained that they are not able to open surveys with a video backgrounds. Users with lesser bandwidth are also facing similar issues when they have videos in the survey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow makes surveys more lively and engaging. Users enjoy it.

If you are looking for a modern survey tool, then go for it

The flexibility of the survey options, as well as the opportunity to customize the survey types

I would have appreciated more question types/options in the chat survey templates

I like the free features. Interface a little tricky to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can design and format a free survey for embedding in another webpage via HTML. The survey itself looks good, is easy to use, and is mobile responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of SurveySparrow is a little confusing. It was confusing to figure out how to stay on the free plan. I had to go back to my account and iron things out a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a good-looking mobile responsive, embedded form on my website. I haven't used the form yet, so it benefits TBD.
This platform just amazed me. Form I created using the various options was the best till date.

The various customization that survey sparrow provides is awsome. And the analysis of data collected in form of charts and graph it provide is cool.

Couldn't find anyone till now. Hope this remains same

To perform survey on our target audience regarding the usefulness of our product. And analyse this data to gain more insight about how to improve our product.

It is very easy to navigate and creates beautiful surveys.

Would like to be able to add image slides.

I was looking for a survey that was a bit more engaging for the user and this worked nicely.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of flexibility and easy to use. I really liked the dashboard that shows how much time the survey takes to complete and believe the design makes the questions easy to answer
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial isn't super appealing. Would much prefer a free tier and a basic tier, with the free tier giving me the option to send only a few surveys a month.

Trying to get feedback from our users specifically about certain features and about the overall experience of using out platform (or not using it)

What do you like best about the product?
formatting and ease of use is very very nice and great to use

sales pushiness, I found the sales staff almost aggressive, complete turnoff

It has been very nice to use the platform for in-house product dev
Great program overall, lots of options and features.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed survey sparrow. In fact, I find its options and features better than survey monkey. The person assigned to my file was also very helpful in providing me with a comprehensive overview of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about this program and the reason we ultimately didn't use it was that we weren't able to just pay to send a single survey, we would have needed at minimum a 3-month subscription. Since we only need to send one survey each year - employee engagement survey. This program was not feasible for us. In the future, we would consider using this program if such a thing was made available.

When expensive. Should have an custome made option as well irrespective of Ticket value.
