Why did it take me so long to find this?
What do you like best about the product?
I used Survey Monkey for way too long before finding Survey Sparrow. I'm with a new start-up and sensitive to budget, so after seeing how much Survey Monkey is charging for new accounts these days, I shopped around. I'm glad I found Survey Sparrow - way more features, way more customization, and much lower cost. We've been able to develop surveys that are 100% on brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. The customization is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use surveys to gather product feedback, packaging feedback and to test new concepts.

What do you like best about the product?
Extent of ease. it allowed me to set up a quick survey connected to Google and where is translations very easily

The pricing model wasn't that great to be honest with you

What do you like best about the product?
For my business, I need to gather information from clients to not only determine their starting point but also to gain feedback and metrics on where they find themselves after working with me. Getting the information is easy and allows me to get the data I need to compare and contrast. It's simple to get started and feels intuitive to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small areas of improvement that can be done with the software, but I am happy with it and have confidence in the company to continue pushing forward with features and enhancements.

I am gaining data and insight on my client's needs, progress, and feedback.
The Perfect Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ridiculously easy to setup and use even if you've never used software like this. I also love the personal touch it adds to your potential customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little i dislike about survey sparrow

It warms my audience up and 24/7 adds a personal touch whilst also preempting any questions they may have about my services.

I had a bit of trouble at first but that was fixed via customer support.

We needed a survey to be added to our teams as a comment box and it works great for us!

Use trial version to test the usability and go for appropriate plan

The interface is easy and intuitive. Doesn't take a lot of time to learn. The results were nearly updated in an Excel sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The familiarity among my crowd is low. Also, being a paid tool would probably mean low adoption rate among students.

Forms are interactive and more beautiful, unlike Google forms.

Survey creation on this software is pretty easy to use and integrate - there are many options to choose from that serve most of my needs.

Mainly used for survey creation. There are a bunch of survey creation tools out there, and SurveySparrow is undoubtedly one of the more prominent brands in the field.
SurveySparrow is easy to use and is jam packed full of features.

Great user interface with a beautiful setup that just works great! Easy to understand and use. All the tools are located where you would expect them to be. Doesn't really take much to get going.

I wish there was pricing for smaller organizations.
