What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, takes less than 5 min for a customer to leave a review, easy to set up and send review notification. Helps us to see in real-time what our customer thinks about our service and gives rooms for improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative thing about survey sparrow to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to understand customer points of view about our service. It allowed customers to tell us about what they liked most about our service and what they thought should be improved, which helped us enhance our end's service based on customer reviews which allowed us to attract more customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone should definitely try survey sparrow if they are looking for review tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are lots of ways to engage an audience, different ways to format a question, etc. Also the option to customize branding. Its much more engaging and feels more personable than answering a survey through Google Forms, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Identifying which package worked best for us was a bit confusing, and I wish there were more neutral avatars. Ie. not people, but maybe characters or something fun. I feel with 'people' it can lead the people taking the survey to think its from a specific person in the organization, which can be a pro or con to some businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reviews, and building awareness of what people liked/disliked about our service. If they liked it, we can connect them with our referral program right away. :)

What do you like best about the product?
Design and UX for the survey taker are great. Customer service is outstanding!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration takes a little work but can be done. Cant have multiple questions on one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach our audience with a survey that looks professional and get answers to questions easily.

It's effortless and intuitive to use, I used it to complete a task of my thesis, and the results helped me out a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost would be the only issue, but it's understandable, I think it's worth it at the end of the day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this for my thesis to evaluate the performance of an app I created, and I realized it was so easy to assess the responses I got

Nothing really. More robust features for a free account maybe.

The insights session was clear enough and very user friendly. I had no difficulty accessing it.

The pricing was extensive and I could not afford to pay for surveysparrow.

I was attending a class on quantitative research and surveysparrow was the best one I could find to work with.
