Easy to use survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Adding questions of all varieties was simple. Multiple choice (even ones with multiple answers), yes or no, ratings, fill in the blank, etc. all of these were available to use & easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The translate option is only available on the business subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no problems. It has made it easy to collect & easily view information.
It was efficient and did what was necessary.

The program was user friendly. Easy to use.

I wished it had more visual abilities available including graphics for backgrounds to personalize a bit more.

I was able to get deeper information towards an event for planning purposes from multiple people.

Affordable survey platform with a wide choice of types of surveys

They could use some better help centers. They seem to be growing and getting better. Separate costs for different types of surveys

Powerful, Robust, Aesthetically Pleasing Surveys At A Reasonable Price Point
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for deep customization and complex design changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations with Slack and Google Sheets haven't been as seamless and reliable as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple use cases from internal surveys to client-facing feedback and website email captures.
Good Options and Good Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
There were lots of options to choose from for creating and modifying a survey. The pricing was also lower than Survey Monkey. However, I went with Survey Monkey because I was more familiar with it. The time saved from avoiding the learning process for using a new service such as Survey Sparrow outweighed the slight cost savings.
If I wasn't familiar with Survey Monkey, I probably would have went with Survey Sparrow.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real strong dislikes about what I saw on Survey Sparrow. I just did not want to spend the time to learn new interfaces.

I was considering Survey Sparrow for a survey I needed to conduct for my doctoral dissertation. It looked like a good service.

It's a good tool we use it to measure our NPS. Would like more dashboards and visualization.

Nothing in particular, maybe an access in french would be interesting.

Fantastic Survey Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Navigation, easy templates, great reporting.

Would like some newer templates and the ability to have multiple account levels within one dashboard.

The platform is super easy to pick up and the trial version was enough to give it a good testdrive.
Very impressed with the added eDM design capability within the platform and social media design elements included too.
The reports are stylish and professional.
Price point packages are very competitive and you can tell there's been a lot of consideration, time and love put into it.
I was previously with TypeForm but they didnt capture partial responses,so I did my research, and I wish I knew about Survey Sparrow earlier(yes they capture unfiished survey-data from participants). Above all, the level of Customer Service is above and beyond. The guys we are dealing with are very knowledgeable on the product and very accomodating. I was assigned an Account Manager throughout the trial and there werelive Zoom tutorials/walkthroughs and general support organised in a matter of minutes from my request. You wont get this with the big boys - this alone is the biggest point of difference, but considering the other features SurverySparrow is one I would highly recommend trialing

They solved a major problem as Typeform dont capture partial submissions, yet Survey Sparrow does, so no intended click will be lost irrespective if they close the session.
