What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Simple to implement and launch surveys quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing a few features and integrations still. In terms of integrations, they shall be more profound in terms of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending NPS surveys and quick surveys to gather information for events / activation with customers.
I've seen great response rate

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is easy to use and I was able to make a survey quickly. In addition, I had a question about how the answer of a certain questiontype was calculated and the customer support scheduled two video calls with me to help answering my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we had to pay for three months upfront, but we needed only 2 months

We conducted a market research and the results were great

What do you like best about the product?
Customer care assistance with Hina was a very helpful experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plan and pricing. It would be a better option if a 6 monthly plan was available for startup companies

Using SurveySparrow for Educational Research as a student

What do you like best about the product?
The SurveySparrow experience is beautiful. From creating the forms (picking from a template) to adding images to questions, using logic to skip certain questions can add a lot of value to the form. Many of my participants left a feedback saying that they loved the interface and that helped them complete the survey even though the questions do get dry after a point. For research purpose, this is a good tool, I could create my survey in about 3 hours and the integration helped with collecting data at one place. I also liked the contact with the Account managers that are specifically assigned to assist with onboarding and using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly love the interface, yet I feel as a student, the pricing options can be difficult. Please do look at the billing page and also pay attention to the annual contract clause before deciding to use SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The participants attrition rate is less, I feel the survey remains engaging due its interface.

There is nothing that I dislike about Survey Sparrow

I am able to access my customers' situation and needs and create segments and workflow to better address that customers' needs

Give it a try for free. SurveySparrow is very flexible with their trial period. If you're not ready after your trial period, request an extension.

Enterprise Features, Small Business Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
We've used the competitors - Survey Monkey, Survicate, Google Forms, DotForm, GoToSurvey, and even those that our CRM has built-in but there always seemed to missing features at the price point for our small team. SurveySparrow solved the problem of us having all of the Enterprise-level features within a reasonable budget as a small business. We are never going back to anyone else!
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly have zero complaints thus far. The mobile and web apps work exactly how we want them to, in addition to, the native integrations to our other technology platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps us unify our data collection, consultation review, and staff engagement processes.

A more flexible pricing model would be great. Many features I want are only available at higher-tier plans.

We use it to collect feedback from our customers based on their previous purchases. This product gave us the flexibility we need to do it the way it wanted.

Impressive and fun survey tool!

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is very easy to set up, and the chat-bot approach to surveys is particularly fun for clients to work with. I have received many compliments whenever I send out surveys using this service. The reports are just as beautiful, and I find it extremely useful to take screenshots of the reports to do my promotions. The fact that these images are extracted from customer surveys makes the material especially convincing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is truly very feature-rich and at times, it could be a bit challenging to navigate everything, but your patience will be rewarded for sure, so I highly recommend taking the time to learn all the functions. They do turn out to be quite intuitive—it's just that there are so many choices!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to make the process of filling out a survey less like work and more of a fun process. SurveySparrow helps me successfully do so, and I find that my customers are more likely to fill out as well as complete these forms over more traditional options.
