Easy to use and helpful features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I was able to get all my survey insights and data in a pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to do a conditional survey where the next question changes according to the answer, but found it complicated executing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create the survey really fast and make quick edits even after sending. Everything feels very organised to work with which improved my efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of designing surveys and some quick and easy ways of designing surveys. Chat surveys are one another best ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot do much scripting for complex surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of surveys are being explored for data collection and real-time insights.

Very easy and quick tool to design feedback engagements or surveys. Go for it!

I love that's platform is similar to Typeform and cheaper than most conversational style surveys. I love the customization options. The integration with Google is a beast!

Needed more and better template options!

Amazing user experience, more expensive than competition
What do you like best about the product?
User experience on SurveySparrow is the best - customization, animations, themes. Both for the business and the customer. I use SurveySparrow to attract volunteers for my research project, which does not allow financial compensation, so I want to make sure that the volunteers' experience is the best possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow is a little bit on the expensive side, even though it has free options. The free part is too limited to be easily accepted among most people so SurveySparrow can be more popular. The limit of 10 questions per survey is too limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to gather volunteers for a research project, and I want the participant's experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. SurveySparrow allows the first contact with the research to be beautiful, professional, and pleasurable for the volunteer.

Very intuitive and easy to use. It's really easy to make a pretty and useful survey quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UX and feature nitpicks that I'm sure they'll fix over time, but not a lot to dislike there. Would love to see monthly pricing on other plans with the flexibility to jump up and down as needed. I don't have the ability to upgrade to a package that has SOME features I want to use in only SOME cases, but will cost me a year's commitment up front. Maybe create some pricing/packaging around non-subscription, one-off use case pricing.

It allows me to create a nice-looking survey quickly.
In short, Survey Sparrow has been our main tool to probe and gain insight!

Ease of use and intuitive platform for even the most novice survey builders.

Lacks design options and user design could improve!

Getting insights of both consumer and partner profiles. If the presence of the survey is designed well enough -- the appeal of filling out a survey increases. Hence, why we are actively looking for additional features that we could use to build out our surveys.

Take the time to think about how aesthetics and tone of voice garner a higher success in survey completion.
