The user interface - right from the beginning i knew where to go, all very simple and clear

There can be better batch update options

I run an aesthetics center, we are sending a survey after each treatment. It allows us to understand our customer's needs asap

What do you like best about the product?
I have many positive things to say about SurveySparrow. It is a very useful platform for collecting information. Compared to other platforms, its user interface is very simple and easy to use. It offers a variety of question types, making it advantageous. It is also relatively cheaper compared to its rivals in the market. Lastly, the technical support/customer service is really excellent. Although I experienced some lags earlier, it was easily resolved. My subscription is tailored-fit to what I really need. Two thumbs up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, there is nothing to dislike. However, I would love to have the ability to somehow tweak the images/background per question, without the actual need for css customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am presently doing a survey as an academic requirement. I am still at the earlier phase so we will have to see how beneficial SurveySparrow is to me. As of now, it is going well as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Free account is good enough for my basic needs, love the designs and ease of use to build and share surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't say anywhere that the free account is limited to only 3 surveys, I made 5 then it changed to 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using as an online entry form for a local riding club shows, saves on paper and time!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have upgrade options that provide greater customization and allow for more questions without overspending for amounts of surveys you may never use. After comparing it to others, it was more user-friendly and reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any issues when I was in the trial and just getting started. Also, they had very responsive customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveying customers is essential. I also like that I can create more extensive surveys and utilize them for client needs.
