It's bridging the gap between companies which need data points to study and its customer base who expect certain things. It surely helped with my study of the opinion of Indian population towards automobile market.

We have been using Survey Sparrow last 6-7 months. I like the customization options provided. It user friendly. There is the freedom to make the survey look however you want. It gives complete control and makes life easy. The updates in the email template made it easy to customize.

There is nothing that I dislike per se. But if I can add images in an email it would make me share the coupons etc with customers easily in thank you an email as well as in other

So, every type of response system has a different way of showing that. It helps to check how data is flowing on your database, before making your form live
