What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and conversation-like interface is perfect, and you get the right insights at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say here, as the performance of the app is also top-notch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use survey sparrow to run business-level surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
- support is on point and available
- updates of the app, I have the feeling they try to continuously implement necessary updates, and are also eager to improve. E.G. they changed the phone field with exact forms in the chat survey. Before that I had to use a simple numbers field.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with the app, but they all were solved by the customer support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a form for potential clients who can find me via youtube and then contact me via the form. I can also qualify them in a professional looking chat interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don*t have a comparison, I didn*t try typeform etc., but I don*t see features that surveysparrow does not have.
Most important thing is that it looks professional and this is given with Survey Sparrow.

Does all we need a survey tool to do

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and the feature set is very robust. Support was great to assist with getting integration setup with our ticketing system. Very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not free :-) Seriously there isn't anything that I can point to that is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to follow up with clients and get feedback after our tickets are completed. Getting feedback that can be virtually anonymous for our clients is essential to ensure they give us honest feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Unique, interactive survey experience. Creates a much more dynamic interface than anything else I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logic can be challenging to figure out, but once you get the hang of how it works it's a great feature. Also working through how to share results is less straightforward than I'd like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SurveySparrow, we've solved the problem of figuring out a game-esque questionnaire template that feels like it's personalized to the user, and we're hoping that this will entice participants to feel more comfortable answering our required questions.

Intuitive and scalable platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the options to build and scale with SurveySparrow. Our company is adopting NPS for the first time and needed an affordable and intuitive platform to build the foundation of our CX program. We love the options to upgrade as we scale the program and integration our other tech to automate the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jump between the lowest and middle packages makes sense, but it is a fairly large price jump between those and the highest tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assessing client health can be difficult to do subjectively, and we needed a way to take a more objective and data-driven approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like many features this platform offers, but one of the greatest for us is the ability for users to upload files up to 10Mb. We used this platform for our online art contest for kids and are extremely happy with the outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, but I have one suggestion: it would be great if you guys could add an option to choose a layout for short "surveys" (projects) where all questions would be seen just on one page (check Google Forms for that) so people would see that the form is pretty simple and doesn't require a lot of their time. Another thing to consider is to add the ability to choose if we want to show which question a user is on OUT of the total number (for example, "Question 5 of 10").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We conducted an online art contest for children with the help of this platform, and now we are collecting public questions through it for our upcoming webinar. The platform works great for us! We are planning to use it for surveys as well.

What do you like best about the product?
They make it SO simple to create an excellent survey! Every other website I went to wanted to charge me a TON or set up a large reoccurring monthly payment when I didn't need most of what they were offering. SurveySparrow offers precisly what I need, at a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely be using it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was nothing I disliked! It's a great program!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times where I need my employees' input, and I can't get them all together to get it. They're out in the field, which makes it difficult at times. Being able to create a survey quickly, email it, and have the results back right away, has been a massive game-changer for my company!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choosing to go with Survey Sparrow is the easiest decision you'll make today, trust me!!
