I browsed a dozen survey options, this was the absolute best
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize what you do on SurveySparrow to fit all of your needs - if you just need a basic survey or if you need something more complex
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! Only part of the process I disliked was picking which survey tool to use because there are so many - so let me save you the hassle - go with SurveySparrow

The simplicity to use the platform is truly amazing. I have used the platform several times for questionares & customer feedback its super easy to use

We are solving the gap of customer satisfaction between my company and client. Existing tool was not fulfilling the requirements and needs.

The UI is very easy to use and intuitive.

There is nothing I majorly dislike. Some of the new functionality hasn't made its way to all styles yet, but, I am sure they will.

User friendly, good value, and nice design
What do you like best about the product?
I found SurveySparrow to be extremely user friendly and easy to use. I loved the design choices and options for more conversational surveys. I used the web intercept feature, which was great value compared to other sites. Also great customer service -- very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could add some more functionality for different survey types. I also think the way the collect data is stored could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a 'surveybot' for a more conversational survey type pop up on our website. The survey platform we normally use didn't offer the conversational survey option and the web intercept add on was way more expensive than just purchasing another survey platform subscription. SurveySparrow was great for what we needed and helped us get valuable feedback on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Super customizable in every way! So much versatility. Very stylish visuals, and super user-friendly as well! I'm not very experienced in creating surveys for work, but Survey Sparrow made it super simple to plug and play or make it as company-specific as I wanted. I loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are a bit steap, don't you think? People just want to create surveys. They don't want to sacrifice their firstborn child to make it happen though.

It gave me a classy way of getting info to people and getting data back.

If you have the finances necessary, it's the perfect platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the questions that SurevySparrow asks and how interesting these questions always are so I am never bored when I'm taking these surveys. I always forget that I'm doing it for a prize because I genuinely enjoy answering all the questions that they ask me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how I get surveys sent to me less than often because it makes it harder to collect prizes. I wish to get more surveys sent to me in the future so that I can have a better experience while using SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting to answer questions about health, politics, economics, eduacation, technology, and a lot more. Some of the benefits I realized while taking those surveys is how my opinions are actually helping the askers as they are essential for their statistics and understanding how humans tend to think and act.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like to take surveys to collect a little money, I would one hundred percent recommend SurveySparrow. My advice for a better experience is to check your email regularly when using this website and read the questions carefully so that you can give an honest answer.

Pricing could be better in adding another tier, i.e., smallest package is 25k, and we usually only send out 5k max a month

Product feature set usage and importance as well as overall needs of the customers that are not being met by another solution
