Super responsive tech team
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most powerful survey tool I have found supporting custom logic, scoring, multiple thank you pages, and integration for more complex surveys. The customer service team is incredible too.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still (quickly) rolling out some features and I look forward to better customization of result reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used SS for everything from 360 Feedback for succession planning, to quick meeting feedback, to a complex lead-gen quiz with custom logic and thank you pages.

Sophisticated interface, yet very easy to use and understand, very powerful set of tools

The price is a bit high, they need to offer cheaper plans

We wanted something based on competencies per job role and different other criteria, but this was not entirely possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solution for Appraisals / Annual Reviews based on competencies and per job role and many more for all employees.
Excellent survey tool for companies of any size
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has been great for us since we can all see the individual responses and aggregate reports as they come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default sorting options in the display of rankings are not exactly what I would have selected but they are easily resorted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to survey the interest in certain product we are considering developing and the ability to quickly distribute a two-minute survey with no login hassles has been great. It has a better interface than Qualtrics and is more sophisticated than SurveyMonkey.

From my experience there is no downside to using Survey Sparrow

SurveySparrow makes creating a survey a very simple process and you dont have to be a technical person to be able to do so without the need to learn anything new inorder to use this solution. After creating the survey, you can share it easily with as many people as you want through sending it by email or
through social media such as Facebook,Twitter and others...

What do you dislike about the product?
Making surverys is a complex job using any software, especially if you want to utilize all the feautres where the survey questions are provided depending the answers entered. But with time, this will become an easy job with SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass surveys to our clients in addition to sharing the surveys on social media to get repleys from the public and not only from our database.

Not all of the reporting is what I'm used to. Would like to see this improved.

We onboard new users using survey sparrow. A d get feedback, and we take survey's from our customers. And new employees onboarding.
I had a very good experience working on the platform and during my contacts with the support team.

The provided support and the user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no written guide or videos for the 360 evaluation (helping to create the questionnaire), and there is no corrector for the typos. It will be great to have the same tool you have in this evaluation.
