Good Product - Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Nice functionalities. Nice user interface.

Expensive. Several other products are available for way much more less money.

Not much. This is good. the pricing is a bit wonky however.

Marketing surveying. It is a very good tool. Very very superb tool. Was excellent to do market research with online digitized questionnaired.

The tool is very easy to use, it has many of options for all of your needs and can help anyone with their assignments

I believe the free package should have some more options for a student like me, so that in the future I might become a premium member

The interface is easy to use and is highly intuitive.

There aren't as many features as other survey platforms, but it seems as though the development team is working hard to address user needs and add many additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tested SurveySparrow as a potential replacement for our current survey platform. We ultimately did not choose to switch over (yet!) but hope to do so once they add all of the features we currently have with our current platform.

SurveySparrow is a unique and enjoyable replacement for your existing survey development platform. It is easy to use, and the support team is quick to respond and offer solutions, both immediate and long-term.

Unnecessarily counts Responses that were only opened, but weren't finally submitted

In-built Easy Analysis tools and appealing visualisation effects auto applied on Survey results. It helps to collect data for Academic surveys

It's a highly recommended online survey tool that is well-suited for business. Students and solo-users can also attain it's benefit using the free trial period.
I tried them all, this is the MOST ROBUST survey platform for advanced automation + translations
What do you like best about the product?
A fantastic, easy-to-use survey option with TONS of upgrades! Chat style surveys, branching logic, great embeds, deluxe design and form question options like likerts, NPS, stars, images, everything you could want! The chat support is great, you can hop on and ask how to do something and just now they even hopped on a call with me to demo a feature I didn't know how to use! That's unheard of levels of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love this solution, just a couple tiny things related to the backend UX could be improved. Deep in the backend, some options are "below the fold" (ex. embed versions) or changes don't autosave the first time (ex. translations screen), and generally some options don't work the way they do on most automation platforms. However, this is the best fully-featured survey option that exists, especially with translations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did a large scale NPS survey and we are implementing this as a way to manage incoming leads from our website's many contact forms. Branching logic is clutch!!! We are global, so translations are everything! Love the ability to use logic to route form responses to different email addresses based on field submissions.
